You will be required to enter your receipt number and tell us in 25 words or less what you would spend your voucher on if you won it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter, purchase Top Gear March 2009 issue or House and Garden March 2009 from Woolworths and visit www.topgear.com or www.houseandgarden.com.au, follow the links to the promotion and complete the online entry form. You will be required to enter your receipt number and tell us in 25 words or less what you would spend your voucher on if you won it. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible and will be discarded.

4. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.

5. Promotion commences 23 February 2009 at 00:01 AEDST and concludes at 23:59 AEDST on 29 March 2009. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges. Judging will begin on 31 March 2009 at 11am at the judges’ premises. The winner will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.

6. The best 100 entries as deemed by the judges will each win a WISH gift card valued at $100 each. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize is the responsibility of the winner. Total prize pool is valued at $10,000.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any prizes damaged in transit.

9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential losses) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by the winner of a prize or any other person or otherwise suffered or sustained in connection with participating in this competition, as a result of taking or making use of any prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or any person associated with any of them, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see www.acpmagazines.com.au for full Privacy Policy).

Thanks very much for the post! Does anybody know if a subscription to H&G would count towards an entry. What would I use as receipt number? Subs number? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Smiley63 I think you need to buy the two books as there was a special stand promoting the competition in my Woolies yesterday I don't think your subscription would count as its a Woolies promotion.
