Body Of Lies
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry.
Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia with a current Civic Video membership. Employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
The competition commences 25th February 2009 and ends 30th March 2009 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 13th April 2009 at 4pm.
Limit 1 entry per rental or purchase transaction of "Body Of Lies". Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. It is the customers responsibility to request a proof of purchase (eg. receipt) which must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
To enter customers must rent or buy "Body Of Lies" between 25th February 2009 and 30th March 2009 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at http://www.civicvideo.com.au/.
The first valid entry drawn will win the ultimate digital home entertainment package, including the following. 1 x Sony Bravia LCD TV - (KDL40XBR45) - valued at $ 3099, 1 x Sony Blu-ray player (BDPS550) - valued at $649, 1 x LG Viewty mobile phone (KU990) - valued at $999, 1 x Nikon Coolpix digital camera (S210) - valued at $299, 1x Tom Tom Satelite navigation system (OneXL) - valued at $229, 1x Dell Laptop (R511212AU) - valued at $2020.50, 1 x Dell Printer (V305) - valued at $99, 1x WHV Blu-ray - valued at $49.95. The prize value is $7,444.45.
The next 10 valid entries drawn will win WHV Runner up DVDs - valued at $39.95 each. The prize value is $399.50.
The total prize value is at up to $7,843.95.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 27th April 2009.
Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be made subject to any written directions.
Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 20th July 2009 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and announced in the Australia on 3rd August 2009.

The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
