Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including but not limited to an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
To enter: purchase a packet of Unibic Sponge Fingers from any participating Supermarket during the promotional period . Tell us in 25 words or less “your favourite way to eat Unibic Sponge Fingers” also include your name, address, daytime contact phone number and include the product barcode as your proof of purchase. Send your completed entry to BBC Good Food Unibic promotion Locked Bag 4400, South Yarra Vic 3141.
Promotional period commences at on 10th February 2009 and closes at 23.59 AEST on 31st March 2009. This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit and originality. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the premises of ACP Magazines Ltd (Victoria office), Level 2, 102-108 Toorak Rd, South Yarra Vic 3141 and will begin on 7th April 2008 at 11.00am EST. Winners will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their entry.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) each entry must be submitted in a separate stamped envelope.
Total prize pool is valued at $1459.65. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The best entry will receive the major prize pack valued at $1459.65. This pack consists of an Anolon 8 piece Knife set – RRP $299.95 and 6 piece cook set RRP $1159.70.
Prize does not include any other ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize. This is the responsibility of the winner.f the winner of a major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winners nominated parent or legal guardian.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and’/or (g) participation in this promotion
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Notice (see contents page of Australian Table magazine for location in each issue)
Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from any a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any part of an entry submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

“Weight Watchers Shopping Spree” Promotion
1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on 2nd March, 2009 at 00:01am (AEST) and concludes on 26th April, 2009 at 23:59pm (AEST).
4. To be eligible for entry, simply purchase a packet of specially marked Weight Watchers Biscuits during the promotional period at a participating store. One entry per purchase. Customers must then, during the promotional period submit their entry via one of the following entry mechanics: A. SMS – send a text message to 199 26 247, message must include entrant’s full name, address, postcode, 1 entry allowed per purchase. Maximum SMS entry cost is $0.55 (including GST). B. Mail – On the back of envelope include your name address and phone number and mail to: “Weight Watchers Shopping Spree” Promotion, PO Box 686, Port Melbourne, 3207. Each entry must include a promotional label. All SMS messages will be downloaded into hard copies and placed in the manual draw.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to request that winners provide proof of purchase in the form of their receipt and in the case of SMS messages their entry coupon. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
6. There will be 8 weekly prize draws each consisting of 5 x $1,000 Prepaid Visa Debit Cards. Cards are subject to their own terms and conditions. Total prize pool is valued at $40,000. Prizes can be transferred, however cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. All prize draws will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne. at 2.00pm.

8. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
9. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line of telephone, mobile satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
11. If required an unclaimed prize draw will take place at SAM Sales & Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne 3207 on Wednesday 29th July, 2009 at 2.00pm (AEST) and winners will have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian Newspaper on 5th August, 2009.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
13. All entries become the property of Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter at the address set out below.
14. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
