CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Promoter is Fremantle Football Club Limited (ABN 83 066 055249), Parry Street, Fremantle, Western Australia, 6160
Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry of the Coles Footy Fun Day promotion.
Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies, advertising
agencies and participating retailers and their employees are ineligible to enter or win.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry
process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Entry forms available at all Coles stores in Western Australia only.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following a) as per specified purchase requirement and b) each entry must be submitted separately and in
accordance with entry requirements. Photocopies or facsimiles of the original entry form are acceptable.
Promotion commences at 8:30am on 1 March 2009 and closes last mail received on 3 April 2009. Prize draw will take place at 12noon 3 April and the 200
selected families will be notified by post. The selected invitees must be able to attend the Coles Footy Fun Day on April 21, 2009 between 1pm and 4pm
WST.
Prize: 200 entries will be randomly selected to be invited to the Coles Footy Fun Day on April 21, 2009. Each invitation will be for all four people
nominated on the entry form only. At least one person per invitation must be over the age of 18 years. Each invite is valued at $200.00.
The invitation is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoted accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize
value.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or
for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize. It is a condition of entry into the Promotion
that where the prize includes participation in a recreational activity, prize winners will be required to sign a Liability Release in the form
required by the Promoter to accept the prize.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter shall not be liable should the Coles Footy Fun Day have to be cancelled due to bad weather or any other unforseen circumstance. Please
check the website, www.colesfootyfunday.com, on the day to see if the event has been cancelled.
