Insight Vacations Terms & Conditions:
• The prize is valid for departure from April 2009 until 30 August 2009 and is non-transferable, nonredeemable
for cash and cannot be changed for any other itinerary.
• Prize is subject to tour availability and conditions.
• Prize is based on twin share accommodation.
• Prize winners are subject to Insight Vacations normal booking conditions detailed in the back of
Insight Vacations 2009 European Premium brochure.
• If unforeseen circumstances, beyond Insight Vacations’ control require a change in the holiday
destination, departures or any part of the itinerary, Insight Vacations will provide an alternative
holiday of equal value at our discretion.
• All other incidental costs unless otherwise stated, including any costs related to passports, visas,

Malaysia Airlines Terms & Conditions:
a. The prize is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the draw. Travel cannot be taken between
15 Nov & 15 Jan.
b. The prize ticket is valid for a maximum stay of 3 months.
c. The ticket is not transferable by the winner to any other person and has no refundable cash value if
not availed before the date specified in a. above.
d. Dates of travel are to be as mutually agreed between the winner and Malaysia Airlines. Travel during
Christmas/New Year periods and/or other peak periods such as school holidays, Malaysian Airlines
embargo periods, are not possible. Travel cannot be taken between 15 Nov and 15 Jan.
e. Taxes are the liability of the passenger and are to be paid prior to the issue of the ticket. Please
note; local taxes may apply at some airports.
f. The company’s conditions of carriage are as per our ‘General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers &
Baggage’.
g. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport has a minimum validity of six months and the
name in your passport corresponds with your ticket.
