Instructions on how to enter & prizes form part of the Terms & Conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Directors, management, employees & their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies,
agencies, suppliers & participating outlets are ineligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance
with these terms & conditions.
This is a game of chance and judge’s decision is final. Prizes including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be
taken as cash.
The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss/damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss)
or for personal injury suffered/sustained as the result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter will conduct the winning draws at Building 24 Best Avenue, Mosman 2088 on 07/04/09 at 10am AEST in order to determine the winner of the
major prize.
Immediately after 20 second chance draw prizes will be drawn.
First 21 valid entries randomly drawn from all entries will win.
The name of all winners will be published online at www.keypharm.com and the major winner will be published in The Australian on 22/04/09.
If unclaimed a redraw will take place on the 14/07/09 at 10am AEST also at Building 24 Best Avenue, Mosman 2088; winners will be published online and
the major prize winner will be published in the Australian on 27/07/09.

(valid for 12 months, for a family of two adults and two children 13 years and under) valued at $57.00 per ticket, totalling $1140.00. Total value of
all prizes $6525.00.
If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner subject to the prior written consent of the winner’s
parent or legal guardian & the winner must be accompanied on the trip by an adult. The Promoter may make such inquiries as it deems necessary to
satisfy itself that such consent has been obtained. As a condition of accepting the prize the winner & each person over 18 accompanying the winner
on the prize must agree to sign a release in the form provided to them by the promoter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the winner’s
parent or guardian must also sign the required release.
