"Spoil your Pets for Summer" Competition TERMS AND CONITIONS
1. Paws pet Sitters ABN 12 124 703 742 is the promoter ('Promoter').
2. Information on how to enter and on prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. You need to be aged 18 or over to enter into this competition.
4. Entry to this competition is limited to one per person.
5. Employees of the Promoter may not participate in this competition.
6. To enter the competition, you must fill out the competition details correctly on the form and click the submit button. You must provide your name, a telephone number, postcode and an email address, if you do not have an email address you must provide a postal address.
7. The competition closes at 5pm 28th February 2009.
8. The winner will win a prize pack for their pets worth over $1,000, which includes 6 months Paws Pet Sitters membership (based on regular fees) and Pet products.
9. The winner will be picked at random out of a box and the selection will take place at the head office of Paws Pet Sitters at 12 noon on 14th of March 2009. The winner will be contacted by phone and in writing via email, if provided, within one week of the 14th of March 2009.
10. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The selection is final and binding.
11. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late or incorrect entries, including any entry not received due to any malfunction, shutdown or technical problem with the internet or any computer connected to the internet. Entries shall be void if fake, forged or non-genuine in any way.
12. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters. control, the Promoters may provide a suitable replacement which is deemed by the Promoters to be of equal or greater value. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded the Promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly in relation to the competition or the prize.
13. Personal details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may require disclosure to third parties) and for publicity purposes surrounding this competition. The name (but not address or telephone number) of the winner may be used for publicity purposes.
14. The prize will be valid for 1 year after the prize draw and can be used at any suitable times as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
15. By entering this competition you agree to receiving the Promoter's regular material such as; e-newsletters, calendars and special offers.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
