Terms & Conditions
1. To enter the prize draw to win one of 15 $100 Health Partners Optical vouchers, you
must be a Savings & Loans member and register for Savings & Loans eStatements
during the competition period.
2. Competition commences at 9.00am (CST) on Monday, 16 February 2009 and closes
at 5.00pm (CST) on Tuesday, 31 March 2009
3. Entry is only open to residents of South Australia. Employees of Savings & Loans
Credit Union, Health Partners (ABN 43 128 282 904) and its agencies associated with
this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
4. Health Partners vouchers are redeemable at any Health Partners Optical outlet and
will be valid until and including 30 June 2009. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
If voucher holders purchase goods valued at less than $100 then the difference will
be forfeited.
5. 15 winners will be randomly drawn on Friday, 3 April 2009 at 10.00am (CST) at 50
Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
6. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing.
7. The prizes are not transferable.
8. Total prize value is $1500.
