3. The prize draw will be promoted in the Teachers Federation Health member magazine Healthmatters and online at www.teacherseyecare.com.au

4. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw the user must purchase a pair of sunglasses online at www.teacherseyecare.com.au between 16
February 2009 and 31 March 2009.
5. There will only be one (1) winner drawn from one (1) prize draw. The winner of the draw will win one (1) Apple iPod Nano, valued at $199.00.
Purchases for the prize draw must be received by Teachers Eyecare by 5pm EST. on 31 March 2009.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The prize draw will be held at Teachers Federation Health, 35 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 at 10am EST. on 7 April 2009. At the
prize draw, only one (1) prize of an Apple iPod Nano, valued at $199.00 will be drawn by the Executive Manager, Teachers Eyecare or his
representative. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by mail and results will be published in the next Healthmatters newsletter, circulated
to all members.
8. Should the prize remain unclaimed, the redraw date is scheduled for 10am EST. 30 June 2009, and is to be held at Teachers Federation Health,
35 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
9. Directors, managers and staff of Teachers Federation Health and their immediate families are not eligible to be entered into the prize
draw.
