2. Entry details form part of these conditions.
3. This competition is a game of chance.
4. Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or over 18 years of age. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be
awarded to the prize winner’s parent or guardian who must be over the age of 18 years.
5. Entry to this competition is open to all residents of Western Australia excluding employees of the promoter ISPT Pty Ltd; employees of the centre
manager Jones Lang LaSalle; retailers and their staff at enex100 and the immediate family of the preceding people (parent, sibling, spouse or
grandparent).
6. The competition starts at 9am AWST Sunday 8 March 2009 and closes at midnight on Wednesday 1
7. To enter this competition, entrants must sign up to receive the enex100 e-newsletter via the website April 2009.

8. ’Sign Up E-Newsletter’ forms must have one person’s name, address, email, telephone number and age included. April 2009 .
9. Entrants may only sign up to the e-newsletter once using a single email address. Each subscriber will receive one entry into the competition. If a
subscriber refers a friend to the enex100 e-newsletter, the primary subscriber will receive an additional entry into the competition. Each additional
referred subscriber will attract an additional entry for the primary subscriber. Multiple sign ups by the same subscriber will result in
disqualification from competition entry.
10. To be deemed a valid entry, new subscribers must successfully submit an on-line ‘Sign Up E-Newsletter’ form, with all required fields and details
fully completed, in line with clauses 7, 8 & 9. Entries received via post or any other format will not be accepted.
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction or any communication network for any late, lost, incomplete,
incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence.
12. There will be one prize and one prize winner only.
13. The prize winner will be entitled to their prize of $5,000 (including GST) worth of goods redeemable only at operating retail stores located in
the enex100 shopping centre (located on the Hay Street Mall, Perth, Western Australia).
14. Winners will be responsible for liaising with enex100 Centre Management to arrange redemption of their prize. The prize must be redeemed within 1
month of the prize draw. Proof of identity to match the entry form will be required from the price winner prior to claiming the prize. The enex100
Centre Management will determine what identification is suitable for verification. Note: Enex100 Centre Management Office operates standard business
hours only (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm). Centre Management can be contacted on 9476 7676 or 0458287563.
15. The promoter will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed.
16. Any attempt to interfere in the fair running of this competition will result in immediate disqualification.
17. Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
19. Each entrant consents to the promoter or its agents or related companies holding, using or disclosing the information supplied by entrants for
research, marketing and promotional purposes. Information provided by entrants may be made available to and be used by the promoter’s tenants for
various commercial purposes, including marketing, planning and research. The prize winner consents to the promoter’s free use of his or her’s name and
photograph for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes for one year following the prize draw.
20. Each entrant consents to the access and disclosure of the information in accordance with Clause 19.
21. An entrant may opt out of receiving information from enex 100, other than the introductory mail out, by following unsubscribing instructions on
any E-Marketing mail out.

to be over 18 to enter or not???!!!
