TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LIVE AT THE ZOO
The following Terms & Conditions apply for the Sunday Mail’s “Win a double VIP pass to Live at the Zoo” Competition.
METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition, SMS the code word as found in the Sunday Mail on March 29, your name and address to 197 197 33. SMS entries cost 55c incl
GST. Service provider is Dialect Solutions.
Entry is limited to South Australian residents only. Entrants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent / guardian. Only one entry per
postal address during the promotional period will be accepted.
DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The competition commences 01:00am Sunday March 29, 2009 and ends 11:00pm Wednesday April 1, 2009.
NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
Two (2) valid entries will be selected from all entries received during the promotional period will win. Please see below for prize details:
*1 x double VIP pack to Live at The Zoo, including entry to concerts, camping, VIP backstage tent, T-shirt, Laminated ID and access to the VIP stage
observation deck
Ten (10) runners up will be selected from all entries received during the promotional period will win. Please see below for prize details:
*1 x double pass to Live at the Zoo, including tickets to all concerts and camping
Total maximum prize value = $2,600
PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW
The judging will be conducted at Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited, 31 Waymouth Street, Adelaide 5000. Twelve (12) prize winners will be deemed the
winners at 12:00pm Thursday April 2, 2009 from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
Prize winner will be notified by letter from Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited. Winners name will be placed in the Sunday Mail public notices on
Sunday April 5, 2009.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Employees of Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited, their families and associated companies with this promotion are ineligible to enter. For Advertiser
Newspapers Pty Limited Privacy Policy, see today's classified index page. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent. This prize
does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the
recipient is unable to use it as stated.
Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. Any
additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. The judge’s decision in
relation to all aspect of the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its agencies associated with this Promotion are not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
a) an entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupted or rejected by the Web
Site server or Promoter’s service provider. This includes:
b) any lost, misdirected or corrupt entries to the Web Site/ Promoter’s service provider;
c) any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal
