It's the 21st edition of the Divella Tarantella Competition and to celebrate we've got the biggest and best ever prize pool on offer for you to win! This year there are more chances to win and we've made it easier to enter!
You'll find yourself really dancing the Tarantella if you win one of these fantastic prizes:
1st Prize - A trip for 2 to any European Capital city plus $2,000 spending money! - choose your destination!
2nd Prize - A Samsung Full HD 40 inch LCD television

Collect 8 X Trulli tokens (they look like 2 pyramids!) found on the back of all Divella products and send them in to us with a completed entry form.

Competition runs from October 6, 2008 to April 3, 2009.
Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed as acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and their associated companies and agencies.
3. Competition commences on 6th October 2008. Closes 3rd April 2009.
4. Mail entries to the attention of:

5. The Promoter of the competition is BONFOOD PTY. LTD, 4 Bruthen Street, Preston Vic 3072. ABN 60 081 068 064. Phone number (03) 9495 8200. Here after referred to as “The Promoter”.
6. A valid entry must include an original completed entry form available from a participating retail outlet together with 8 Divella “Trullo” tokens found on the back of any DIVELLA product range.
7. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant but each entry must be submitted separately in a separate envelope with an original entry form and 8 original “Trullo” tokens.
8. Photocopied “Trullo” logos will not be accepted.
9. Entries that are illegible, incorrectly completed, incomplete or received after the closing date will be declared void.
10. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
11. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received.
12. Information contained on entries may be entered into a database and the promoter may use the information for research, promotional and marketing purposes.
13. Information contained on the entries will be used exclusively by the Promoter and/or and not provided to any other parties.
14. All entries will be decided by random draw. The draw will take place between 10am and 11am on 8 April, 2009 at the Promoter's offices at 4 Bruthen Street, Preston VIC. The winners will be published in The Herald Sun and Il Globo newspapers and www.bonfood.com.au on Tuesday 14 April 2009.
15. All winners will be notified by direct phone and mail within 7 days of the draw. Entrants must be able to be contacted on the telephone number and address included in the entry form. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winners within 7 days of the draw.
16. In the event that any winners of the 1st draw are unable to be contacted within 3 months of the draw, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a further draw to be conducted between 10am and 11am on Wednesday 8th of July 2009 at the offices of the promoter and the names of all prize winners will be published in The Herald Sun and Il Globo newspapers on Monday 13 July 2009.
17. The 1st valid entry drawn will win the 1st prize, consisting of direct return economy airfares for 2 people to a European Capital city plus a total of AUD$2,000 spending money. The 1st prize pool is valued at $10,000. The AUD$2,000 will be awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the winner only. Meals, accommodation, visas, ancillary costs associated with redeeming the 1st prize and additional spending money are not included. Winners will fly from their nearest capital city. Travel from the winner’s place of residence to airport in the nearest capital city is the responsibility of the winner. Guardian consent is required before awarding the prizes to a person under the age of 18 and such person must be accompanied by an adult on the trip. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and in the event of circumstances beyond the control of The Promoters, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute trip details.
18. The 2nd valid entry drawn will win the 2nd prize, consisting of a Samsung La40a550p1f - 40 inch LCD full HD television. The second prize is worth $2,496.
19. The following 4 valid entries drawn will each win a Caltex Starcash card worth $250. The amount on the card can be spent at any Caltex, Ampol or Caltex Woolworths outlets on fuel or other goods in store. The Promoter will not replace any stolen/lost Starcash cards after the original prize has been delivered to the winner. The third prize pool is worth $1,000.
20. The following 3 valid entries drawn will each win a choice of any Divella products to the valued of $200 (ex Bonfood warehouse outlet). The 4th prize pool is valued at $600.
21. Total prizes valued at a RRP of AUD$14,096. Prize values include GST wherever applicable. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and no portion cannot be taken as cash.
22. All prizes must be redeemed before the 31st of December 2009, unless the promoter provides written consent to have this date extended.
23. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Value of prizes shown are a guide only and are correct at the time of printing. Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any variation in value of prizes.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of a similar replacement type and value should the prizes mentioned become unavailable.
26. To the extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking and/or the use of the prize.
