Health Check your Credit Card and Win $500 Promotion – Terms & Conditions
This competition is open to Australian residents only, commencing 28 January 2009. Entries close on 3 April 2009.
The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must
reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion.
Mozo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an
entry which is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
The winner will be judged at Mozo Pty Ltd Suite 8, Level 4, 50 Holt Street Surry Hills NSW, on 10 April 2009.
This is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged and the best entry will be determined by the judges. The judges' decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive a WISH Gift Card to the value of $500, for use at participating Woolworths and Safeway Supermarkets, CALTEX WOOLWORTHS and
CALTEX SAFEWAY co-branded outlets, HomeShop, BIG W, Dick Smith Electronics, Dick Smith PowerHouse, Tandy, Woolworths Liquor, Safeway Liquor, BWS, or
Dan Murphy's stores. Total Number of prizes: 1. Total value of giveaway: AU$500. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
The prizewinner will be notified by email within one week after the winner is selected. If a winner cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is
unclaimed, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the second best valid entry.
All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entries for promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.
