I think the answer is actually 8:45....

If you just focus on the hour...
It's 3 o'clock
Add 6 hours clockwise = 9 o'clock
Then 4 hours anti-clockwise = 5 o'clock
Finally move 3 hours clockwise = 8 o'clock...
So am I correct that it is 8.45???

I agree with kyliehodes with 8:45

its 745 because the hour gets to the 8 but the minute is only on the quarter to so it is not yet 8 pm.
