Terms and conditions
This is a game of skill. There is no cost to enter. All entries will be judged. There are five (5) Kmart Tyre & Auto Service gift cards to be won,
each loaded with $150. The best five (5) entries will win one gift card each .
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must be subscribed to Best Western eNews and have a principal address in Australia. Employees, or an
immediate family member of an officer or employee of Best Western Australasia or Kmart Tyre Auto Tyre & Service are not eligible to enter the
promotion.
The promotion commences on 24 March 2009 and entries must be received by midnight (AEDT) 5 April 2009.
To enter the entrant must use the link provided in the March 2009 issue of Best Western eNews and in 50 words or less, answer the question "tell us
us your most humorous experience involving car troubles." and update their eNews subscription.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize or receipt of a prize incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is
liable for payment of such tax.
A representative of the Promoter will judge all entries at Best Western Australasia, Level 3, 213-219 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2059 on 7
April 2009.
The Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone, and with notice in the April 2009 issue of Best Western eNews.
If your entry is judged as a Prize Winner, the Promoter will contact you by 10 April 2009 to confirm that you wish to claim your prize.
In the event the winner is unable to be contacted or there are any unclaimed prizes at least 14 days after the judging date, the entry deemed next
best will be contacted instead.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.
