GET CREATIVE SURVEY COMPETITION
The competition is open to all current Australian and New Zealand residents aged 16 years and older who fill out and complete the readers survey in
full located inside Vol 5 Issue 5 of Get Creative Magazine (March 2009)(Entrant).
To be eligible to win, entries must be mailed to Get Creative Survey Competition 2009, Reply Paid 85810, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205, or be sent
by courier to Get Creative Survey Competition 2009, Level 5, 111 Cecil Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, 3205. Entrants are responsible for the full
cost of postage of any entry.
No confirmation of receipt of any entry will be sent to Entrants. The Promoter does not accept responsibility or liability for lost, misdirected or
delayed mail, lost, misdirected or delayed entries or for any damage to or loss of any entry, whether actually received by the Promoter or otherwise.
The Promoter will take all necessary steps to ensure that entries are properly recorded and stored, but will accept no liability if an entry is not
recorded or is lost.
All entries shall become the property of the Promoter and no information as to the quantity of entries shall be provided to any Entrant. Entry details
may be used for the purposes of this competition, future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the Entrant.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are ineligible to win the prize.
The competition commences at 9.00am AEST on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on Monday, 6 April 2009.
The prize draw will take place at the Promoter's head office at 111 Cecil Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205, at 1.00pm AEST on Monday, 14 April
2009. The drawn result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified where possible by telephone on the day of the draw, and in writing as far as practicable within two business days and no
more than five business days after the date of the draw. The name of the winner will be published on the internet at www.getcreative.com.au
The winner consents to their name, town/suburb of residence and a photo being published by the Promoter in Vol 5 Issue 10 (August 2009) of Get
Creative Magazine and on its internet site, as a condition of acceptance of the prize. Further information will be published only with the permission
of the winner.
If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 14 July 2009 at 1.00pm AEST in
accordance with any Regulations in any relevant State or Territory. The drawn result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner
will be notified where possible by telephone on the day of the unclaimed prize draw, and in writing as far as practicable within two business days and
no more than five business days after the date of the unclaimed prize draw. The name of the winner will be published on the internet at
www.getcreative.com.au.
The first entry drawn will win one Toyota Decomaster Sewing Machine and one Toyota SL3335 Overlocker, valued at up to $900 (Prize). The winner must
collect the Prize from a Spotlight store nominated by the winner. The winner must give the Promoter at least two weeks prior notice of when the winner
will be collecting the prize from the Spotlight store nominated by the winner in order for the Promoter to ensure the prize is available for
collection by the winner.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for
the conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition,
including to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury
suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the competition, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the
prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
