HOW TO ENTER
To receive an automatic entry, individuals must register as a member of the www.catalogues4u.com.au website. To register, individuals must visit
www.catalogues4u.com.au, follow the prompts to the registration page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed registration form
during the promotional period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants must be registered as a member by the closing date of a draw to be eligible for entry in that
draw. Entrants must continue to be registered members of www.catalogues4u.com.au as at the final draw in order to be eligible to claim a prize.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
6. Promotion commences on 10/03/2009. Entries close for each draw at 11.59pm Sydney local time on the dates specified in the table below. All draws
will take place at 10.00am Sydney local time at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 1, Level 1, 34 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065 on the dates specified in
the table below. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible
entrant is drawn. Un-drawn entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws. Winners will be notified by email and their names will be
published both on www.catalogues4u.com.au and in The Australian on dates specified in the table below.

7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in each draw will each win $500. Cash prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque.
9. Total prize pool value is $20,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
10. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 09/07/2009 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners’ names will be published in The Australian on 23/07/2009.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify
any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
12. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third
parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant, in accordance
with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy on www.catalogues4u.com.au. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the
Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

I emailed this lot the other day and the reply received this morning said they had done their routine test on the site and it was working - no
errors.
the error I had made was clicking on FREE MEMEBERSHIP which then said You are not entitled to view content....which is why I emailed them.
I then cliced on the sign up ( dah !! ) this morning and it worked fine.
