Terms and conditions of the Townsville Airport Shout Out Competition: Entry is open to all North Queensland residents, excluding Townsville Airport
Pty Ltd staff and immediate family members, who complete the email form before 5pm Tuesday 7 April 2009. One winning entry will be randomly
selected from all valid entries received. Residents may enter as many times as they like, however only one entry will be accepted for each email
recipient (ie. if you send five photos to five different friend's email addresses you will receive 5 entries.) The winner will be announced
on air on Thursday 9 April 2009. The winner will also be contacted by email and telephone. The prize is a travel voucher provided by Virgin Blue
Airlines redeemable for four return flights from a state capital city or Canberra to Townsville, travelling on Virgin Blue. The prize is not
redeemable for cash. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of competition closing. It is the winner's sole responsibility to make their own
travel arrangements using the voucher. We strongly recommend the winner purchases travel insurance to guard against undue cancellation of any
arrangements made using the holiday voucher. The winner has 30 days to respond to telephone and email contact, where upon the prize will be redrawn
from original entry list.
Terms and conditions of the Townsville Airport Shout Out Competition (submit your own photo or YouTube video): (1) You must be the copyright holder
(original artist) of every image you submit. (2) The image must be a North Queensland location. (3) Image must be in good taste. All submissions will
be reviewed and only entries that are considered original and in good taste will appear on the lightbox. You will receive a confirmation email
(generally within 24 hours of sending your contribution) to advise you if your entry has been successful. (4) All submissions may be used to promote
North Queensland on this website and in associated promotional activity. (5) By entering this competition you acknowledge that the winning image will
be used by Townsville Enterprise and Townsville Airport to promote North Queensland with credit but at no charge. The travel prize is not redeemable
for cash. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of competition closing. It is the winner's sole responsibility to make their own travel
