How to Enter
1. Clearly type your recipe, including quantities of ingredients and step-by-step directions. Please ensure your recipe is standardised to produce 10 serves.
2. Complete the entry form below and include a photograph of your dish.
3. Attach your recipe to completed entry form and mail to: BUITONI Recipe Competition, 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138.

Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia currently employed in the foodservice industry and that have the prior permission of their employer to enter this competition. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences Thursday 1st January 2009 & closes last mail received on Wednesday 8th April 2009 (“Competition Period”).
4. Entries will be accepted and judged in two recipe categories:
a) “Traditional Italian style” recipes that feature BUITONI products’; and
b) “Innovative style” recipes that feature BUITONI products’.
5. To enter either recipe category, simply collect an entry form from your Nestlé Professional Representative or download the entry form found at the “Signature Recipe Competition” information at the BUITONI section of www.nestleprofessional.com . Send the completed entry form together with your original recipe that features BUITONI product/s and a photograph of the dish you have cooked using that recipe to: “BUITONI Signature Recipe Competition”, Nestlé Professional, Level 2, 1D Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138.
6. Any recipe submitted in the competition must meet the following criteria:
(a) The recipe must be an original recipe created solely by the entrant;
(b) Use at least one BUITONI product;
(c) Be designed specifically for the foodservice industry and
(d) Be for a serve size of ten.
7. Entry is not limited provided each recipe is different.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not unique or the original work of the entrant, or for submitting an entry that is otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The major prize is a Nespresso Machine Le Cube C180 valued at $449 recommended retail price (“RRP”). One major prize will be awarded to the recipe judged to be the best received in the “Traditional Italian style” recipe category and the “Innovative style” recipe category, (ie. 2 major prizes will be awarded).
10. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the two prize winners. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit and the entry judged to be the best recipe received in each recipe category will win the prize.
11. Judging will be completed by Friday 17th April 2009. The winners will be notified by phone and their names and postcodes may also appear at www.nestleprofessional.com
12. Total prize pool is valued at $898 RRP.
13. Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
14. Prize value is correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510.
17. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. In the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
19. By entering the competition, each major prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes and warrants that they have obtained the consent of their employer to enter the competition and for the Promoter to refer to their employer for related publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
20. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to the use of their recipe and photograph for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Promoter’s website www.nestleprofessional.com without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such material. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner acknowledges that the Promoter acquires the recipe and photograph for use for its commercial purposes and agrees not to object to any such use on the basis of any moral right.
21. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from judging for delivery of their prize.
