Taking part is easy. Each week we are hiding five Easter eggs throughout aldi.com.au. All you need to do is register and then go hunting for the hidden eggs.

For each egg you find, you'll receive one entry into the weekly draw to win a chocolate hamper valued at $99! If you manage to find all five, you'll also get an entry into the grand prize draw to win a Bauhn 42" full HD LCD TV.

Remember each week until
9th April, we'll be hiding more eggs which means even more chances to win.

"ALDI EASTER CAMPAIGN" PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes set out in communications regarding the promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between such information and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply.
2. Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter, individuals must first register their details for the competition. To register, individuals must visit http://www.aldi.com.au/easter, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed registration form. By registering, individuals agree to receive competition-related email communications and telephone calls from or on behalf of the Promoter for the duration of the competition.
4. Individuals also have the option to ‘opt-in' to receiving other email communications from ALDI prior to submitting their competition registration. Users can unsubscribe from receiving any email communications using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email communications.
5. To enter, registered entrants will need to find unique hidden eggs throughout the ALDI website. When an entrant has found a unique hidden egg, the entrant must click on the unique hidden egg to register their find. Each time a unique hidden egg is found, entrants will be asked to confirm their registered email address. If the email address is invalid or has not been previously registered, they will be asked to retry or register for the competition.
6. For each unique hidden egg that is found the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the relevant Weekly Draw up to a maximum of five (5) entries per week by finding a total of five (5) unique eggs. The entrant will receive immediate notification online confirming their entry into the relevant Weekly Draw and the entrant will also receive an email confirmation confirming their successful entries into the relevant Weekly Draw once five (5) eggs have been located on the site.
7. In order to receive an entry into the Major Prize Draw, entrants must successfully find five (5) unique hidden eggs in any given week. For the removal of doubt there are seven (7) Weekly Draws in total for this Promotion and therefore one entrant can receive a maximum of seven (7) entries into the Major Prize Draw.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Promotion commences at 10:00am on 19/02/09. Entries for each Weekly Draw open at 10:00am on the dates specified in the table below. Entries close for each Weekly Draw at 9.59am on the dates specified in the table below. All Weekly Draws will take place at 3:00pm at Dialect Interactive, Level 17, 100 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060 on the dates specified in the table below. Entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST unless specified otherwise.

11. The Major Prize Draw will take place at 3:30pm AEST at Dialect Interactive, Level 17, 100 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060 on 14/04/09. All Weekly Draw winners and the Major Prize winner will be notified by email and the Major Prize winner's name will be published in The Australian on 24/04/09. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win an ALDI Gift Basket valued at $99.00. Each ALDI Gift Basket will contain a selection of food and confectionery to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
13. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a BAUHN 42” Full HD LCD TV valued at $1,299.
14. If the Major Prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
15. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. Total prize pool value is $1992. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on 14/07/09 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to state regulation and any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners (if any) will be notified by mail and in the case of the Major Prize their name will be published in The Australian on 28/07/09.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. In the event of termination or suspension the Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation or modification subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any prize. Certain legislation may imply conditions or warranties which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, except to a limited extent. In relation to any such conditions or warranties, the Promoter's liability is limited to at its option: (i) the replacement of the prize or the supply of an equivalent prize; or (ii) the payment of the cost of the replacement or supply.
20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Personal information provided by entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of the Promoter, which is available at the ALDI website. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
23. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the respective state or territory of Australia where the entrant resides and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant state or territory of Australia.

I have a problem thu,when I click to register,it tells me I must intall flash, which I have...but it keeps saying to install it (I have their version,it said it was installed, went back to register and it told me install flash)

any ideas please?

Try installing it and then restart your computer and see if that works. Sometimes it does.
