Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families

The Promoter is Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd (ABN 70 006 897 230) of 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood VIC 3066.
Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotion unless indicated otherwise.
The promotion commences at 9.00am on Tuesday March 24, 2009 and finishes at 5.00pm on Thursday April 9, 2009 (“Promotional Period”). All claims must
be received by 5.00pm on Thursday April 9, 2009 to be eligible. Claims received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the
promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
To enter the draw, participants have one of two options
For existing Witchery subscribers:
Existing subscribers will be sent an email asking them to invite their male friends to subscribe to Witchery. Existing subscribers can invite their
friends of either gender to enter using the Email a Friend form and are able to invite as many friends as they like.
Each new subscriber to Witchery is required to provide the name and email address of the person who referred them to Witchery.
Each person nominated in the referred by fields shall be entitled to one valid entry for each person who subscribes to Witchery. The person nominated
in these referred by fields needs to be an existing Witchery subscriber or has become a registered Witchery subscriber through the promotion. Or;
For new Witchery subscribers:
Simply log onto www.witchery.com.au or click on the link in the referral email and enter your contact details on the nominated competition/promotion
form.
Entrants may only subscribe once. Multiple new subscriptions with the same email address will not be counted.
New subscribers can invite their friends to enter using the Email a Friend form and are able to invite as many friends as they like.
Each new subscriber to Witchery is required to provide the name and email address of the person who referred them to Witchery.
Each person nominated in the referred by fields shall be entitled to one valid entry for each person who subscribes to Witchery. The person nominated
in these referred by fields needs to be an existing Witchery subscriber or has become a registered Witchery subscriber through the promotion.
Prizes: There are 7 prizes in total. The first valid entry drawn will win a $1,000.00 AUD Witchery gift certificate. The second valid entry drawn will
win a $500.00 AUD Witchery gift certificate. The next five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a $100.00 AUD Witchery gift certificate.
Total prize value is $2,000 AUD.
Witchery gift certificates are valid for 12 months and are subject to the terms and conditions on the Witchery website.
The draw will take place at Witchery Head Office 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066 on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at 4:00pm. All valid entries
received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 2
working days of the draw and their name published in The Australian on Monday April 27, 2009. Winner’s names will also be published on the Witchery
website (www.witchery.com.au).
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged,
manipulated or tampered with in any way.
If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on the July 15, 2009 in order to
distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed
prize draw, the winners will be notified by phone and writing within two (2) days of the draw and their names published in The Australian on July 27,
2009.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for
personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entrants are providing consent to subscribe to the Promoter's electronic updates. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving correspondence from the
Promoter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all electronic updates.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the
purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants
consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that
may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or
update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (03) 9417 7600 during office
hours.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses
suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way
connected with this competition and/or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
