1.Promotion
1.1 This promotion: This promotion is a Promotional Lottery ("Promotional Lottery") conducted by Golden Casket under the Lotteries Rule 1998 (Qld).
1.2 Promotional period: The Promotional Lottery is open from 8.00am Sunday 29th March 2010 through to closure at 11.00pm Sunday 13th June 2010
("Promotional Period").
2.Eligibility and entry
2.1 Eligible entrants: Subject to any qualifications in these terms and conditions, an eligible entrant ("Entrant") is a person who meets the
following criteria. The person must:
a.be 18 years of age or older and be a Queensland resident; and
b.have purchased, prior to or during the Promotional Period, an Instant Scratch-Its $5 Set for Life Q536 ticket which is a valid and non-winning
ticket in all respects ("Non-winning Ticket");
2.2 How to enter: A person may enter the Promotion using either of the following options -
a.Option 1 - log onto www.goldencasket.com/setforlife during the Promotional Period and complete the on-line entry form in full, which includes
providing the following information:
(i) the 10 digit alpha numeric promotion code number located on the front of the Non-winning Ticket on a separate panel under latex.
(ii) the name of the Entrant;
(iii) the date of birth of the Entrant;
(iv) the home address of the Entrant which must be a Queensland street address (post-office box and mail service addresses will not be accepted);
(v) the email address (if available) of the Entrant;
(vi) the daytime contact telephone number of the Entrant; and
(vii) Tick box confirming that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
(viii) Tick box advising whether they wish to receive promotional material by email in the future
OR
b.Option 2 - SMS all of the following details to 19 988 800 before the closure of the Promotional Period:
(i) the 10 digit alpha numeric promotion code number located on the front of the Non-winning Ticket on a separate panel under latex.
(ii) the name of the Entrant– (First name, Surname)
(iii) “YES” confirming they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message is received. SMS entries via the internet are not valid and will not be accepted.
Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd will provide Golden Casket with services that permit the running of this service.
Any form of automated entry using any other device or software will be deemed to be invalid. Golden Casket reserves the right to verify the validity
of entries and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
