if i quickly just make up a 25 wol i dont write it down, but if i try and be witty and rhyme alot of words in my 25 wol then i write it down first and i keep it but only until i clean up!!

I see why its so hard to win 25wol.........because they are so many talented people on lottos!! :P

but i have won cds from 25wol, and i truly dont beleive they read all of them because mine have been just average, but the lottos members are fantastic!!

But i think the more you practise, the better you get :)

My first ever online 25wol entry was the double pass ticket to see Bruce Almaighty and I won, that made me jump with joy (first online win :P)
After that, I tried hard to rememeber what I wrote, and regret it I didn't copy them somewhere. All I remember was I wrote pretty silly stuff that Jim Carrey would do... and it worked.

Its a good idea to write them all down because many can be used over and over again with a bit of fiddling around :)

not writing them down

I was a good girl and kept records of about 95% of all my 25wol entries.... but
then i noticed when I won..it was ALWAYS one I had not written down..

Logical answer right them all down?
no....... write none down..lol

I have a few favourites that I chop up and change - the bones of them tend to suit all products. I am lazy I do not write all the others down - as a result when I win I do not know what caught the judges eye.
I tend to make comping resolutions such as writing down my 25/o/l and making a summary of my winnings - both great ideas. Leaves you with a valuable resource to refer back to for inspiration and the list of winnings puts a smile on your face when the postie doesn't come knocking.

It's a good idea to file them away, even if they are stupid ones. One day, when we go to that great competition site in the sky....your family might want to bring them out and read them all with a huge smile on their face. Just a thought hehe!

I write all my 25wol`s down...a suspect memory! This was a loser... and I worked so hard at it.

This elderly dame from Bundoora
Squandered retirement funds with bravura.
"I`ll escape with a smile
See Australia in style
Driving a Rolls Royce Grand Tourer."

I was so proud of the rhyming words..."Bundoora" doesn`t have many!

Awww....

Treesha, I would have picked yours.

But then I suppose there are thousands of people who enter.

I bet you were in the final 10 they had to whittle away.

I loved your little poem.

I save 99% of my 25 wol's.....didn't from the start..... but now I do.

I've had a couple of little wins with 25 worders lately, so have started saving them in a word document on my computer. Also have a summary of wins which I delight in adding to (not that it happens all that often!).

I hardly ever write mine down, but sometimes I remember them for AGES (al that lying awake in the night inventing them!)
But when I win something I nearly always write to the promoters and ask them what I wrote, and so far they nearly always let me know - then I'm happy to share!
I just won a Paul Simon CD today - had to say "what is the definitive Paul Simon song and why". I honestly can't even remember which song I chose - there are so many good ones, bu I have written back and asked for my entry - can't see how you could reuse an entry like that - I find the things I win on are all fairly unique!

If only I had winning 25 worders to share!

heres my loser in the Mitchum comp

From dusk till dawn I party on,
need protection feminine but strong,
so next morning alongside my lover
I don't smell like my teenage brother!
