viviana, perhaps you could contact them on fb. they looked into things for me and were prompt and helpful. i was only sent one email, yet i had won
two prizes, so they checked what was going on. by the way, my prizes arrived last week.

I only received one mascara, the 1st one won was hubby's FB and it never came only got the one I won week or so later. I dont expect to get it.

Only received one of three but sent off an email a couple of days ago - with screen grabs of the other instant wins. Hope I do hear from them because
I am really looking forward to the mascara and Youth Serum

We sent the first round of prizes out already, so they should be on their way. If you haven't received anything in the next few weeks or so,

hmmmmm...they have been saying 2-3 weeks for the past month on their wall, no matter what date people have asked, I notice now they are asking people
to email (not sure why if they are just going to say the same thing)

Received my eyeliner but it's not what they had in T&Cs.
It is just a liquid eyeliner not the gel one.
Better than nothing

same here, regular eyeliner arrived today instead of the gel one they said the prize was glad to get something after waiting double the length of time
