If I enter the promotion once am I in the draw for all weekly prize draws?
No. Your entry will only be entered into the prize draw for that specific week, it will not be rolled into subsequent weekly prize draws.
How many times can I enter?
One entry permitted per unique code. Your unique code will be revealed underneath the scratch panel on your scratch card. You can enter a maximum of
five (5) time per mobile phone number per day, in the case of SMS entries or per household, per day, in the case of web entries.

How will I know if I’m a winner?
Winners will be advised by return SMS or email, and mail within 48
hours of the prize draw. Winners details will also be published in The Australian on 2nd August 2012.
If I win, how long will it take for prizes to be delivered?
From being confirmed as a winner, it will be delivered to your nominated address within 90 days.
Conditions
These terms and condition of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details (Terms), apply to the Promotion and entry into the
Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
The Promoter is Eagle Boys Dial-A-Pizza Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 25 003 169 391) of Level 1, 493 Ipswich Road, Annerley, Queensland 4103 (Promoter).
The Eagle Boys outlets participating in the Promotion (Participating Stores) are listed at www.scorebigwitheagleboys.com.au. Eagle Boys Express stores
are excluded.
The Promotion will be open from 12:01am AEDST on 14 May 2012 until the earlier of:
11:59pm AEDST on 8 July 2012; or
At the time and date all Scratch Cards (as defined in paragraph 6(a) of these Terms) have been distributed by the Participating outlets, whichever
occurs first (Promotion Period).
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over excluding:
management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, Eagle Boys, the Participating Outlets and other agencies,
firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 5(a) of these Terms;
persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter
(except in the case of a legal change of name); and
persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 5(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the
Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion. HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period purchase any one Eagle Boys pizza with any one Coca-Cola beverage listed
below in a single transaction (Qualifying Purchase), upon which the Eligible Entrant will receive a Promotion Scratch Card (Scratch Card). The
following Coca-Cola beverages are eligible items for the purposes of this Promotion:
600mL, 1.25L, 2L ‘Coca Cola’ varieties include:
‘Coca-Cola’ & varieties;
‘Coca-Cola Zero’ & varieties;
‘Diet Coca-Cola’ & varieties;
‘Sprite’;
‘Fanta’;
‘Lift’;
600mL ‘Powerade’ varieties;
600mL ‘Mount Franklin’ water;
250mL & 350mL ‘Goulbourn Valley’ juice varieties;
500mL ‘Mother’ varieties;
750mL Pump;
For clarity, an Eligible Entrant will receive a single Promotion Scratch Card (Scratch Card) for each Qualifying Purchase. For example, if an Eligible
Entrant purchases any 3 Eagle Boys pizzas and any 3 Coca-Cola beverages, then they will be entitled to receive 3 Scratch Cards.
The Eligible Entrant must complete their entry in accordance with these Terms (Eligible Entry).
Entry is via SMS 197 00 791 (Max. SMS Cost 55c inc GST), or the Internet (WEB) at www.scorebigwitheagleboys.com.au.
An Eligible Entrant will be granted one (1) entry into the prize draw for each Eligible Entry submitted via SMS or WEB.
Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by sending an SMS to 197 00 791 (Max. SMS Cost 55c inc GST),
containing:
The unique code (Unique Code);
Their first name; and last name
Postcode;
and which complies with paragraph 12 of these Terms (SMS Entry).
For an SMS Entry to be valid:
it must be sent from an SMS enabled mobile handset (SMS entries sent via the internet are ineligible) that is connected to a service provider and
service plan (if applicable) that permits the Eligible Entrant to send SMS to premium SMS numbers (some handsets are incompatible and some service
providers and / or some service plans do not permit premium SMS);
it must be identifiable by a MSISDN (unique mobile SIM number);
the Eligible Entrant submitting the SMS Entry must have the bill payer's permission to enter the Promotion prior to submitting their SMS Entry;
and
it must be in the following format (Required Format): Unique Code + First Name + Last Name + Postcode Example: AB123456 John Smith 3101
Maximum cost of each SMS Entry is 55 cents (including GST).
SMS Entry service provided by Prime Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN: 55 427 571 651 Phone: 1800 818 957.
If an Eligible Entrant submits a valid SMS Entry which complies with the Required Format and contains a valid Unique Code they will receive an SMS
response confirming that their SMS Entry is valid and has been received (SMS Response).
If an Eligible Entrant submits an SMS Entry which does not comply with the Required Format and / or does not contain a valid Unique Code and / or
otherwise does not comply with these Terms, they will receive an SMS response informing them of the error in their SMS Entry (Error SMS Response).
SMS Response and / or Error SMS Response (as applicable) receipt times may vary and are subject to network coverage and availability, the number of
entries received by the Promoter, the available memory on the entrant's mobile SIM card and other technical factors.
If the Eligible Entrant receives an Error SMS and chooses to submit a new SMS Entry in the Required Format and containing a valid Unique Code, and
otherwise complies with these Terms, they will be charged an additional 55 cents (including GST).
Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period via WEB by:
Visiting www.scorebigwitheagleboys.com.au and following the links to the Promotion entry page (Online Entry Site);
Fully completing and submitting the online Promotion entry on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
Details required on the Online Entry Form: First Name Last Name Date of Birth Gender Email Mobile Postcode
a Valid Unique Code;
indicating their acceptance of these Terms, (Web Entry).
NB. This indicates express consent to be added to the Eagle Boys and CCA Clubhouse databases. EAGLE BOYS APPLICATION – BONUS ENTRY
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may at its discretion offer to people that download the Eagle Boys mobile phone application, 1 free entry
into the relevant weekly prize draw described below. WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW
An electronic random prize draw will be conducted at Prime Focus at 403/62 Beach Street Port Melbourne 3207 (Draw Location) at 12:00pm AEDST on
21.05.12, 28.05.12, 04.06.12, 11.06.12, 18.06.12, 25.06.12, 02.07.12 & 09.07.12 from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion (Weekly
Draw). Entries for each weekly draw during the Promotion Period will open on Monday at 12.00am AEDST and close on Sunday at 11.59pm AEDST the same
week. Each weekly draw will take place the next working day after entries are received for that draw. Entries received for each weekly draw will not
be entered into any subsequent weekly draws.
The first Eligible Entrant with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win a ‘Eagle Boys Footy’ Pack, valued at up to AU$7,237.79
(including GST) (RRP) (Prize).

Draw winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
The first initial, surname and postcode of the Draw winners will be published in The Australian on 2 August 2012.
All costs associated or arising in connection with the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
Terms are subject to change at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, natural disaster or other acts of God. The Promoter
may make these changes at any time prior to the Prize winner, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies. If the Prize is won and the
Eligible Entrant does not claim their prize by 11:00am AEST on 22 October 2012, a random electronic re-draw will be conducted on that date at 12:00pm
AEST at the Draw Location by one of its representatives from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion, subject to any directions from
State and/or Territory Gaming (Re-Draw). The Re-Draw Prize winner, if any, will be:
notified by mobile and email; and
published in The Australian on 8 November 2012
The total Weekly Prize Pool value is up to AU$7,237.79 RRP (including GST).
The total Prize Pool value is up to AU$57,902.32 RRP (including GST). VERIFICATION
Eligible Entrants must retain, and submit to the Promoter, the original Scratch Card (Proof of Purchase) which corresponds to all entries they submit
in the Promotion in order to claim the Prize.
If requested by the Promoter, the provisional Prize winner must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion
appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion
and claim the Prize and compliance with these Terms.
Before the Promoter issues their Prize. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or a provisional winning entry has not been verified to
the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the provisional winner's entry will be invalid and, at the
Promoter's absolute discretion, all of the provisional winner's remaining entries will be invalid. Prizes will only be awarded following all
validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
If more than one person attempts to claim a Prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons is the winning
Eligible Entrant. GENERAL
Scratch Cards void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total 1,000,000 Scratch Cards printed for this
promotion.
Each Qualifying Purchase counts towards one entry only.
Each Eligible Entry must be
based on a separate Qualifying Purchase; and
submitted separately in accordance with these Terms.
A maximum of five (5) Eligible Entries may be received from any single Eligible Entrant :
per mobile phone number, per day, in the case of SMS Entries;
per household, per day in the case of Web Entries
There is a limit to the number of Unique Codes which are invalid that may be submitted by entrants in attempting to enter the Promotion. The Promoter
may, at its absolute discretion, block and / or disqualify Entrants from submitting further entries into the Promotion where they have reached that
limit. Entrants will be sent an SMS or web mail (email) message confirming that they have been blocked and / or disqualified from submitting further
entries into the Promotion if they are blocked and / or disqualified.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes.
If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar
monetary value to the nominated prize, subject to any directions given by State and/or Territory Gaming Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for
lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, or the Participating Outlets will be
open, at all times during the Promotion Period.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be
available to it, subject to State and Territory regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism or Draw in any way, engages in any unlawful or
improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the
entry process, will be ineligible to win.
Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries are not eligible to win.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all
aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Promotion and where appropriate award the Prize. If the personal
information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant
consents to the Promoter using, and disclosing their personal information to the Promoter's related entities, the Promoter's agencies and other
third parties engaged to provide services in connection with the Promotion including suppliers of Prize for use for, the following purposes:
contacting the entrant in relation to the Promotion;
improving the Promoter's or the Promoter's related entities' goods and services; and
the purposes set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at www.eagleboys.com.au/corporate/privacy-policy
The Eligible Entrant provides this consent until such a time as they withdraw their consent by giving notice to the Promoter. Eligible Entrants can
also gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by the Promoter where all personal information will be stored.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge:
they may be contacted by the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) to provide comments about the Promotion and the Promoter (or an agent of the
Promoter) may take photos or recordings of them;
the Promoter may use any comments obtained from them, their name, and/or likeness and any photos or recordings taken of them (the Materials) for the
Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them;
the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at anytime, anywhere, and by any means (including
communicating them to the public in any media, including media not yet in existence). The Promoter may license, authorise or otherwise transfer the
rights in the Materials to others to do the same;
they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever
purpose it determines;
they unconditionally and irrevocably:
consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in the Materials (as defined in Part IX of the Copyright Act
1968 (Cth)) and present and future rights of a similar nature conferred by statute anywhere in the world whether occurring before or after this
consent is given (Moral Rights); and
waive all Moral Rights in the Materials that arise outside Australia; and
they agree not to institute, maintain or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their Moral Rights in the Materials.
By entering this competition and providing your email address, you are agreeing to be contacted by Eagle Boys Australia

The:
Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, the Participating Outlets, and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and
the employees, agents, directors and contractors and anyone working on the promoter’s behalf,
shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited
to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or
arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of, or participation in, the Prizes, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case
that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prize.
Eligible Entrants agree and acknowledge that all entries and any intellectual property rights subsisting in their entries become and remain the
property of the Promoter.
