TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding: (a) employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or
Western Digital or any of their agencies associated with the promotion or any retailers of Western Digital products; and (b) a spouse, defacto spouse,
parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.
Promotion commences on 15 May 2012 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30 June 2012 (“Promotional Period”). All times used throughout these Terms and
Conditions refer to AEST.
To be eligible to enter, the individual must during the Promotional Period purchase any of the following Western Digital product(s) from a
participating Australian retail store:

To enter, the individual must during the Promotional Period visit www.westerndigital.com.au/promotions (“Website”), and in accordance with the
instructions, submit all requested information including serial number from the product, and then upload a copy of the receipt recording the eligible
purchase.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be
submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any
right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but
prior to entry.
The draw will take place at Targetbase Integrated (Sydney), Level 32, 101 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on 2 July 2012 at 1.00pm. The
prizes to be awarded via the draw are detailed below, and will be awarded in descending order of value with the first valid entry drawn winning the
most expensive prize.

Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. Winners of prizes valued at over $250 will be published in The Australian on 16 July
2012.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that
element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of
the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $74,105.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 10 October 2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from
a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email within two days of the draw. Winners of prizes over $250 will be published in The Australian
on 17 October 2012.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome),
and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

individual. Excludes all other Snapfish photo books types and sizes. Prize is valid for one time use and customers residing in Australia. Photo book
must be claimed by 31/07/2012.Prize cannot be changed or redeemed for cash; and
one $20 off Ouffer voucher when you spend $50 or more in the one transaction. Voucher must be claimed by 31/7/12
Min purchase of $50. Full voucher value must be used in one transaction. Limit of one voucher can be used per purchase. Voucher cannot be used
