Terms and Conditions
Game of Skill
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries
must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of Colgate-Palmolive, Network Ten, Eye Corp, DMG Radio and their
agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Sunday, 17th June 2012 at 00:01 (AEST) and
closes Saturday, 25th August 2012 at 23:59 (AEST). (Promotion Period)
4. To enter, entrants must
a) Go to www.mybodybutter.com.au during the Promotion Period;
b) Follow the instructions to create and submit their own ‘Decadence board’ to represent what decadence looks like to them, using a minimum of three
(3) images from the images available on the website; and
c) Complete the online entry form registering their details including (but limited to) first name, last name, date of birth, gender, email address,
full postal address and contact number.
5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
6. A limit of one entry per person, per day applies.
7. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in
determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The best entry, as determined by
the judges, will each receive the Major prize. The next 9 best entries will each receive a Runner up Prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and
the
Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition
result.
8. Judging will take place on Monday, 27th August 2012 at 11:00 AM at Colgate-Palmolive, 345 George Street, Level 14, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia.
Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Colgate-Palmolive. (Judging Date)
9. Prizes consist of:
1 x Major Prize: 1 x $5,000 worth of Westfield shopping vouchers in the form of Westfield Gift Cards
9 x Runner Up Prize: 1 x ‘Decadence Pack’ which includes: 1 x $250 Westfield Gift Card, 1 x bath robe RRP $52, 2 x Palmolive body butter products RRP
$13 and 1 x loofah RRP $10. Total RRP value of each Decadence Pack = $325.
Total RRP value of prizes: $7,925
10. If any of the winners do not claim their prize within three months of the Judging Date, the Promoter may assign the prize to the entry judged the
next best entry in the competition, or withdraw the prize unawarded.
11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other
communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
12. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater
value.
13. The winners will be notified by telephone and email within 7 days
of the Judging Date.
14. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting
and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to
entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the
right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
17. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to their entry being made available for public viewing. The Promoter reserves the vet all entries prior to
them being displayed on the website and reserves the right to remove any submissions at any time in its absolute discretion. However, the Promoter is
not responsible for any entries submitted to the website and visitors to the site view it at their own risk.
18. The Westfield gift card prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of Westfield. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss,
damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Westfield.
19. Some retailers may choose not to accept Westfield Gift Cards. Westfield Gift Cards terms and conditions apply. Issued by Westfield Gift Cards Pty

20. The Westfield gift card prizes will expire in September 2013.
21. Items within the ‘Decadence Pack’ including bath robe and loofah are subject to availability in sizes and colours.
22. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a
result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify the competition.
23. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. To the extent
permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their
entry.
24. By participating, entrants agree that ownership of and intellectual property in their entry is assigned to the Promoter. The entrant, or where an
entrant is under the age of 18, the entrant’s parent or guardian, agrees to sign any further documentation required by the
Promoter to effect this assignment.
25. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of
processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes
surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described and
agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes
without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on

You need to click and hold your mouse in the click position as you drag the image over to the left to add it to your picture. You can then edit
it...make it bigger, smaller, turn the image etc.
Just found mine in the gallery...had to go through many pages!
