Ltd" Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full
responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner. All entry instructions and prize
information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least "18" years of age and must be a
Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia. "Pascoes Pty Ltd" employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family
includes only spouses, parents and children. Entry to the Promotion commences at "00:01" on " 1st of June 2012" and closes at "23:59" on "31st
of July 2012". All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00hrs is the start of a day and 24:00hrs is the end of a day. Voting and Prize Draw
You may not vote for the same entry twice. You may vote for multiple entries. The ultimate winner will be determined by an internal vote by Pascoes
Marketing to ensure no competition fixing or block voting has occurred.
The Judges will award the major prizes in the promotion to the Participant who is responsible for the "PHOTO" that has accumulated the highest
number of internal votes during the promotion period. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants may not accumulate votes across multiple entries.
Pascoes Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine the final winner to ensure that the competition is fair and free of group or block voting. The judging will begin on "1st of August 2012" and conclude on "2nd of
August 2012". The prize will be awarded on "3rd of August 2012" and the winner will be notified via email, phone or mail within 7 days of the prize being awarded.. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative or
otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content Rights Entrants consent
to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the
same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any

Have no idea capchat75 but this is also in the T&C. Sometimes I am sure companies don't read their own T&C.

Perhaps it means that voting will draw their attention to a certain entry but they will make the overall decision - thus stopping vote cheaters?
