Bigpond/Game Arena Comp info
Does anyone know how to contact them via email about a competition win? I saw my name on a winners list from a while ago but never
received anything... All I can find under contact us is service related email contacts... Thanks |

I saw mine on that list as well babbs a while back. Couldnt work out how to contact them either.

I remember I won a comp with them and it took months and months to get the prize,
the prize did come in the end

Is it worth calling the general number for Bigpond in business hours and then ask to be transferred to their promotions department in Australia? I expect the promotions people should be able to help. At least I HOPE they can help.
