Prizes
The Major Prize winner will win a 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final Weekend experience (27 September - 30 September 2012) for them and 3 mates (who must be

This promotion is heading down the same path as the Airwick candle one.
People have posted codes from whoppers on a freebie / deal site and Hungry Jacks & the promoter aren't happy.
I really hope they stick to their t & c's and ask for receipts.

The code is not on the packaging. You have to ask for a card with the code on it. And you MUST get a receipt.
When hubby and I took the boys last week to pick up 5 whoppers they gave us neither and I had to ask for them.

So far we've bought 7 whoppers, got 7 cards with codes and every single code has been identical!
Hungry Jacks has run promotions like this before and should know
better.

I got a receipt but even that was a mission when I ordered I specifically asked for a receipt the girl said it will be in the bag with the whoppers
after a 45 minute wait the person who handed me the whoppers was asked if the receipt was in the bag and she replied 'oh you want a receipt hang on I
will print you one', she then had to load paper into a printer attached to a computer and print the receipt????????? well it was hardly going to be
in the bag then was it....I actually complained online as the state of the place was disgusting and the wait really long (it took another ten minutes
for the receipt to be issued). We normally use the drive thru so it was quite a shock to go in store....all the posters say buy a specially marked
whopper!!!! Overall it was an experience where you wonder is it really worth the bother!!!!!!!!!

Oh POOP I thought you just needed a receipt. I should have read it properly. I got the receipt but didn't ask for a code. Silly me!
...
Edited to say found it. It was on the bottom of the page on the tray I'd grabbed to read what the prizes were. 
POOP AGAIN, that wasn't the code, it was the permit number for them to run the comp lol. DOH!

Prize Conditions
(a) The Major Prize is valid for the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final Weekend only, from Thursday 27 September 2012 through to 30 September 2012
and must be taken during this time.
In relation to the travel component of the Major Prize:
(b) the Major Prize is subject to availability. It must be booked by Friday 14 September 2012 and is only valid for the dates specified 27
September 2012 – 30 September 2012;
(c) the Winner and his/her travel companions must depart from, and return to, the same point of departure and travel together for the duration
of the trip;
(d) unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Major Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Winner is solely responsible for
all costs and expenses associated with using the Major Prize including costs associated with:
(i) obtaining suitable travel insurance for the trip;
(ii) meeting all government, consular, health and travel requirements applicable to the destination (including obtaining a valid passport,
vaccinations and entry visas); and
(iii) taxes, meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money not included in the major prize;
(e) frequent flyer points cannot be earned on any flights included in the Major Prize;
(f) any non flight or airline associated taxes or charges meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and
spending money will be the sole responsibility of the Winner; and
In relation to the accommodation component of the Major Prize:
(g) the Major Prize is subject to availability. It must be booked for the dates of 27 September 2012 – 30 September 2012 only;
(h) the Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card imprint or cash deposit at check-in for the purpose of covering incidental or
other charges at the hotel; and
(i) unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Major Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Major Prize does not include
the cost of telephone calls, internet access, breakfast, in-room dining, in-room movies, mini bar, gratuities or any other costs or expenses incurred
by the Winner, his/her travel companion and/or any of their guests at the hotel.
