HOW TO CLAIM INSTANT CASH PRIZES
• Scratch your game card to reveal whether or not you have won an instant cash prize. • To claim a prize, fully complete the back of your original winning game card by

The Promoter recommends that winners use registered post; however, this is not a condition of claiming a prize and the cost to do so will be the responsibility of the winner.

1. Information on how to enter and how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian. 5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
6. Entrants must retain a photocopy of their scratch card(s) as proof of receipt as you will be requested to send the original scratch card(s) to PO Box 596, Sydney Markets NSW 2129 for entries to the draw. Failure to produce the proof of receipt for all entries if requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize must be booked within 12 months of the major prize draw, outlined in point 11. Travel voucher will expire on the 16/1/2014. Any additional costs associated with redeeming the voucher, including but not limited to meals, taxes (except for airport and departure taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and spending money, are the responsibility of the winner and any companions (as incurred). Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher. The winner (and any companion) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and documentation required for travel. The winner will not earn frequent flyer points by redemption of the voucher. If the Travel Voucher is chosen by the winner as the major prize, then the voucher, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable.
However, subject to the terms and conditions of the participating travel provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
13. The major prize draw winner will be notified by mail. Winners of prizes of $250 and over will be published in The Australian on 23/1/2013.
14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
15. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
17. Total prize pool value is up to $200,000.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 15/4/2013 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners of the unclaimed prizes draw will be notified in writing. Winners’ names (for prizes of $250 and over) will be published in The Australian 22/4/2013. Any unclaimed prizes will be issued in the same amounts as originally stated.
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this

competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
22. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
23. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
25. As a condition of accepting the major prize that the winner (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and prize/event organisers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
27. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The pins that I bought were attached to the scratch cards with an instant prize scratch panel and a log in code scratch panel. Enter the log in code to be in the major prize draw. I'm assuming that the the pin was attached to the scratch card, Stepho, I'd email them if you only received a pin.
