All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the next occurring Daily Prize Draw and non-winning entries will roll into remaining Daily Prize Draws. All valid entries will also be entered into the major prize draw.

Each Daily Prize draw will include entries received up to 11:59am AEST on the day of the Daily Prize draw. The first valid entry drawn will win the Daily Prize.
The Major Prize draw will take place on Tuesday 1 October 2013 after the final Daily Prize Draw. The first valid entry drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will win the Major Prize.
All winners will be notified in writing within 48 hours of being drawn. All winners’ names and postcodes will appear at www.purina.com.au/past-winners by close of business on Thursday 3 October 2013 and will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 9 October 2013.
Total prize pool is valued at $15,500.
Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510. An entrant’s details may only be used to contact the entrant about the Promoter, its related companies, their brands, special offers, samples, consumer research and other promotions if the entrant consents to that use, for example by ticking an “opt in” box on an entry form.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a prize remains unclaimed by Thursday 2 January 2014 despite the Promoter’s best efforts to contact a winner, then subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draws on that date to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of the highest value and the draw will continue awarding prizes in descending order of value until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner in such a draw will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the draw and will have their name and postcode published in The Australian on Thursday 9 January 2014 and also at www.purina.com.au/past-winners by that date.
If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
Each winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider of services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw date for delivery of their prize.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.

Considering it cost me just under $18.00 for ONE entry I can safely say that I'm not going to break the one per calendar day entry requirement ... I'll only be entering on ONE day!

He is also permanently on the Hills Science bickies.
Every time I try to go back to "ANY" other brand his bladder blocks up and he can't pee so it's off to the vets again

Worse in male newtered cats appparently - he can have any brand of wet food but only the good bickies as that is the cause

He is 19 years old now so I just leave him on the hills science bickies.

Tequila was 18 years old when she passed away and she never had any probs until the very end

My cat hates wet Whiskers with gravy and jelly so I'm not sure how she will go with this brand... I will enter once and pass it on if she hates it.

Thanks for the post

bugger, think I bought the wrong stuff. Bought two boxes but they don't say wet multipack and it sounds like dry food is in it.

but the boxes look like the pictures on this page

Oh I feel stupid. I just had a quick look inside and they are the pouches...the rattle was just the pouches in the box.
posted 4-9-2013 @ 12:59 PM www

I just thought the same thing that they were dry food when I shook them. Very expensive entry but I'm happy to be able to put them in the animal rescue bin outside woollies.
posted 4-9-2013 @ 01:13 PM www

After entering tonight I opened up the box of ocean catch and one of the pouches was triple the size of the others and stunk like crazy. I now don't know whether to take the other pouches to the animal rescue bin. They weren't blown up. Just wondering if anyone thinks the others would be off as I don't want to make any cat sick. I will also give purina a ring tomorrow and see what they think also.

My cat wont eat this stuff either but I will buy for ONE entry only. who knows? It only takes one. I've never heard of animal rescue bins, do all woollies have these?
