Who is running the competition?
The Promoter is Nerada Tea (ABN 59 055 076 849) 1/47 Overlord Place, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents aged 18 or over who can take the relevant prize on the date specified, can enter.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees of:
(a) the Promoter; or
(b) the agencies or companies associated with this competition,
and their immediate families (i.e. spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child and sibling), can't enter.
When will the competition start and end?
The competition will be running between 9am (AEDT) on 02/02/2018 and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 05/03/2018 (Competition Period).
Do I need to buy anything to enter?
No.
Entry instructions
You must during the Competition Period:
visit the Nerada Tea AU Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/NeradaTea
fill out and submit the online entry form, including subscribing to the Nerada Tea eNewsletter providing all other requested information.
Prize Details
There are 10 prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of 1 x $100 Endota Spa Gift Voucher and 1 x Ultimate Nerada tea pack consisting of:
· 1 x 25 box (50g) Nerada Black Tea Cup Bags,
· 1 x 25 pack of Rooibos Tea (46g),
· 1 x 25 pack (46g) Chai Organic Tea,
· 1 x 20 bag Rosehip, Lemongrass and Ginger (30g),
· 1 x 20 bag pack Lemongrass and Ginger (30g),
· 1 x 25 pack Green Tea (37.5g),
· 1 x 20 pack of Peppermint (30g),
· 1 x 20 pack of Camomile (30g)
Prize Pool
The total prize pool is $1,210
Winner Determination Date and Criteria
The winners will be determined at 12pm(AEDT) on 05 March 2018 at Unit 4d, 1-15 Parsons Street Rozelle NSW 2039.
Winners will be announced at 9am (AEDT)ON 08 March 2018 at Unit 4d, 1-15 Parsons Street Rozelle NSW 2039.
The Promoter may draw additional entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/ entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is
unclaimed (Reserve entrants).
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter the promotion once.
How and when will the winners be informed?
If you are a winner, you will be informed in writing by email within one day of the Winner Determination Date and your name and postcode will be
published on the Nerada Tea Facebook page on the day after the Winner Determination Date.
If I win, when must I claim my prize?
If you are a winner, you must claim your prize by 5pm (AEDT) on 15 March 2018.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from the draw date. Prizes will be sent to delivery address provided by the winners. The Promoter
and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
What if I don't claim my prize on time?
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the relevant time and date or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact the
drawn winner (or the drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by this time and date, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will
re-award the relevant prize/s to relevant Reserve Entrants and/ or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at 12pm (AEDT) on 15 June 2018 at Unit 4d, 1-15

a. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to
enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry
a. Your entry must be received during the Competition Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. The
Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter
using automatically generated entries or multiple aliases you may be disqualified.
b. Entries will be judged and the winning entry/entries will be selected by the Promoter on the Winner Determination Date.
c. Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, the Criteria. The judges’ decision
regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. General
a. If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if you are unable to take the prize on the relevant
date as specified, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to
produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity,
age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
b. You must not:
(b) tamper with the entry process;
1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
2. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
3. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated
with this competition;
4. breach any law; or
5. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
c. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or
incorrectly submitted.
d. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
4. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
5. Vouchers and gift cards: Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Redemption of vouchers, gift cards, tickets or passes
is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher or gift card. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher or gift card that has
been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Any unused balance of a voucher or gift card will not be awarded as cash. This
promotion is not endorsed in any way by Endota Day Spas.
6. The prize will be delivered to the nominated address of the winner, provided that address is in Australia. The Promoter is not responsible or
liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the prize by a third party or for any damaged caused to the prize during delivery
7. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and
elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of
preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if
a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary
approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
8. By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
9. By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts these Terms and Conditions.
a. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications
issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or
disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
b. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST
purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated
view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
10. Liability
a. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 (Cth).
b. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in
negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death
suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that
liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
c. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss
of, damage to or delay in delivery of prizes. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in New South Wales, Australia.
d. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this offer using Facebook or instagram. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with, Facebook or instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or
instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook and/or Instagram from any and all liability.
11. Collection and use of your personal information
a. The information you provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may collect your’ personal
information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose your personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting
this competition or communicating with. You consent to the storage of your personal information on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use
this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products including contacting you via electronic messaging
(and you consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter that do not contain any functional unsubscribe facility). You can update your
personal information or request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you by contacting the Promoter. All correspondence should
be to the attention of the Privacy Officer. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be obtained from the Promoter or from the Promoter’s website
at http://www.neradatea.com.au/privacy-policy and
contains information about:
i. how you can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you/them and seek the correction of such information;
ii. how you can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint; and
iii. whether your personal information the Promoter holds will be provided to overseas companies, and if so, in which countries those companies are
located

Yes lisap8520 is right, you need to like their page and the sponsored post will pop up on your newsfeed. I've seen it heaps of times - unfortunately
there is no link to copy because it is already pre-filled when you open the link which is just a pop up page. I was a winner in the Australia Day comp
and have received a lovely bundle of teas, they were very prompt sending them out! Maybe they have done this new competition this way to ensure they
get only page likers entering??
