Australia Promotion, you are
agreeing to the following terms
and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1Information on how to
enter forms part of the
terms of entry. Entry into
the promotion is deemed
acceptance of these
conditions of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1Subject to clauses 2.2 and
2.3 entry is open to all
residents of NSW and VIC.
2.2Employees and their
immediate families of
Nationwide News and
Herald Weekly Times and
Twentieth Century Fox
Home Entertainment and
their associated agencies
and companies are not
eligible to enter.
Immediate family means
any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-
facto spouse, child or step-
child (whether by natural
or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle,
aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-
brother, step-sister or first
cousin.
2.3If a winner is under the age
of 18 years old at the time
of the winners being
determined, an adult over
the age of 21 years must
accompany the minor in
participation of the prizes.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1The competition
commences on Sunday 5
April 2009 at 00:01
(AEST) and concludes on
Saturday 11 April 2009 at
23:59 (AEST) (``the
Competition Period).
3.2To enter the competition
entrants must call 1900
966 356 or SMS 1991
9904, as they appear in
Sunday Magazine on
Sunday 5 April 2009.
Entrants must supply their
full name, address, state
and daytime telephone
number.
3.3Entrants (including
winners) in the
competition may enter as
many times as they like,
however only one prize per
person will be awarded.
SMS entries generated via
internet or computer
generation are invalid and
will not be accepted.
3.4Each SMS entry will be
charged at a premium rate,
namely $0.55 (including
GST), which covers the
entry and the reply
message.
3.5The maximum 1900 call
cost is $0.55 (including
GST). 1900 call costs will
be higher from mobile
phones.
3.6The time of entry will, in
each case, be the time that
the phone call or SMS
message is received by
Dialect Interactive.
3.7The Promoter, its agents,
affiliates or representatives
will not be liable for any
lost, late or misdirected
entries.
3.8Entrants under the age of
18 years must obtain the
prior permission of a parent
or guardian over the age of
21 years before entering
the competition.
4. HOW TO WIN
4.1Each entrant who has
entered the competition
over the Competition
Period and registered all
details in accordance with
clause 3 will be entered
into the prize draw. All
draws will take place at
Dialect Interactive, Level
17, 100 Arthur Street,
North Sydney NSW 2060
on Tuesday 14 April 2009
at 12:00pm (AEST).
4.2The winners will be notified
by phone call and in writing
within 3 days of the draw
and their names will be
published in the Public
Notices section of The
Sunday Telegraph and
Sunday Herald Sun on
Sunday 19 April 2009.
4.3The Promoters decision is
final and the Promoters
will not enter into
correspondence regarding
the result.
4.4Incomprehensible and
incomplete entries will be
deemed invalid.
4.5It is a condition of accepting
the prize that the winners
may be required to sign a
legal release in a form
determined by the
Promoters in their
absolute discretion.
4.6Subject to any written
directions given under
regulation 37 of the
Lottery and Gaming
Regulation 1993 (SA), an
unclaimed prize draw will

Tuesday 30 June 2009 at
10:00 (AEST) and the
winners will be published in
the Public Notices section
of The Sunday Telegraph

5. PRIZES
5.12x winners (1x winner from
NSW and 1x winner from
VIC) will each receive:
a) 2x return economy
airfares departing from
the winners nearest
capital city (Sydney or
Melbourne) to Broome
or Darwin. Maximum
value $1,500.00.
b) 2x places on the AAT
Kings 12-day Best of
Kimberley premium
escorted tour (Darwin
to Broome or vice
versa), including
breakfast daily. Value
$8,690.00.
c) 1x nights pre or post tour
accommodation in a
minimum 3-star property
for 2 people (1 room) in
Darwin. Value $325.00.
d) 1x nights pre or post
accommodation in a
minimum 3-star
property for 2 people (1
room) in Broome. Value
$325.00.
e) 1x copy of Australia on
DVD. Value $30.00.
Maximum total prize value is
$10,870.00.
Maximum total prize pool is
valued at $21,740.00.
5.2Unless expressly stated in
these terms and conditions,
all other expenses
(including but not limited
to meals, transfers,
incidentals, service
charges, spending money
and all other ancillary and
travel costs) become the
responsibility of the
winners. Travel insurance is
not included in the prize
and will be the winners
responsibility. Travel
insurance is highly
recommended.
5.3The prizes are subject to
availability and are valid for
travel before Wednesday
30 June 2010. Validity of
these prizes cannot be
extended.
5.4The winners are required to
provide at least 3 months
notice of intent to travel.
