In addition to the general rules of the forum found in the Forum Announcements area and when you registered for the forum, by joining Premium Membership you agree to the following:
1. We (lottos.com.au) reserve the right to implement and limit access to the Premium Member area via one PC only and only for yourself.
2. If point 1 is implemented and if you upgrade your PC or change the normal place of access (eg from work to home) then you understand that you will have to contact support to get the new access point enabled.
3. No refunds for unused membership or banning as a result of breaking forum rules. Any refund made will be subject to a $15 admin fee and pro-rata only on paid membership (referral extension is not paid out) and at Admin discretion.
4. Membership is not transferable and is for your own personal use only.
5. You will be U2U'd once membership has been set up, immediately if paying online, longer if paid by money order or cheque.
