Prize is A New Zealand winery experience for you and three friends.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must
comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, purchase a 750ml bottle of Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc from a participating venue during the Promotional Period, complete your
details on the neck tag, attach proof of purchase and send to "Villa Maria Promotion, Level 2, 40 Lord Street Botany NSW 2019".
The promotion commences at 9.00 AEST on 01/10/08 and closes at 20.00 AEST on 31/01/09 ("Promotional Period").
The draw will take place at 11.00 AEST on 24/02/09 at Fine Wine Partners Level 2, 40 Lord Street Botany. The first valid entry drawn will win the
prize.
The prize consists of a 4 day trip to Villa Maria's Marlborough winery in New Zealand for 4 adults including return economy class airfares from
winners' nearest international airport to Marlborough New Zealand; 3 nights twin/double share accommodation at Villa Maria's award winning
Marlborough winery; a winery tour and tasting; dinner at the winery with a Villa Maria winemaker and a half day fishing on the Marlborough Sounds. The
prize also includes the use of a rental car for the duration of the visit. Total prize value is $7,500. All other ancillary costs including but not
limited to insurance, taxes, drinks, meals other than specified, transfers, spending money and any other expenses associated with taking the prize are
the responsibility of the winner. Confirmation of dates must be provided by the 30/06/2009. Prize is to be taken within 12 months from draw date and
is subject to booking, flight and accommodation availability.
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing on 26/02/09 and names published in The Australian on 04/03/09.
Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged,
manipulated or tampered with in any way.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater
value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
If necessary a second chance draw will be held on 29/05/09 at the same time and place as the first draw. The name of any second chance draw winner
will be published in The Australian on 01/06/09.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry
into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right
to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any other person(s) sharing the prize with the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the
Promoter from and indemnify the Promoter against any liability arising from the use or participation in the prize.
Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for
the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants
consent to the use of their information as described. Entrants may access and/or change their information by calling the Promoter on 1300 668 715

I found them today at a Woolworths liquor
just went to post my entry off and noticed the neck tag address is
Level 2
20 Lord Street
Sydney NSW 2019 which straight away didn't look right. t & c from website, as per original post has that street address but at Botany.
I wonder if it matters.
Oh bummer Ive sent mine to the wrong address - hope they make it.

not sure that it is wrong Lu, maybe Sydney 2019 is still okay. its on the neck tag in 2 places. I might give them a call tomorrow. I was going to send mine to Botany because thats where its being drawn
The liquor stores in our area ( Woolworths plus others) stock Villa Maria but without the neck tag. Any suggestions?
No necktags @ our Dan Murphy's so I didn't buy it
