The Biggest Loser begins 6.30pm Sunday February 1, on Channel 10.

We are giving you a chance to win one of six training session for two people valued at $500 with either Shannan Ponton or Michelle Bridges, the trainers from The Biggest Loser.

To enter, simply let us know in 25 words or less why you need the training session.

In the meantime, take heed of Shannan Pontonís Weight Loss Tips:

* I embrace a high protein lower carb and fat diet, not none of anything. Focus on eating lots of natural food, the less processed the better. It is not a gimmick or a fad but somthing you can embrace for the rest of life.

* Stop the victim mentality and set yourself small, achievable goals. For example, aim to lose a kilo a week for 10 weeks. Be accountable and responsible for those goals.

* Be prepared. If you are going to your childís sports game donít eat a pie because the canteen does not have any other food. Buy youself something better on the way or prepare a salad before you go, taking responsibility for yourself.

* Get rid of the excuses and just do what exercise you can, for as long as you can everyday.
