Memorable Moments competition

1: THE PROMOTER

Lawn Tennis Association of Australia Ltd, (ABN: 61 006 281 125) trading as

Tennis Australia, Melbourne Park, Batman Avenue, Melbourne VIC 3000.



2: THE COMPETITION

Running from 19 January 2009 to 5 pm Sunday 1 February 2009 AEDT. Correctly identify the pictured Australian Open memorable moment. The first person to correctly identify the memorable moment will win an Australian Open prize pack. Email your answer to tennisworld@tennisaustralia.com.au. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The winning entry will be the first person to correctly identify the memorable moment.



WHO MAY ENTER

The competition is open to everybody except Tennis Australia employees. Entrants are permitted one entry per memorable moment.



3: WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected at Melbourne Park, Batman Avenue, each day from Tuesday 20 January 2009 to Monday 2 February 2009. The winner will be published on the Tennis website the following day(www.tennis.com.au) and notified by email. The prize will be posted to him/her via registered mail (domestically) or airmail (internationally).



4: THE PRIZE

(a) Australian Open prize pack (value AUD$125)

(b) The prize is only redeemable on provision of a postal address.

(c) Prizes are non-transferable.

(d) The Promoter's decision and all matters pertaining to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.



5: PUBLICITY

Entry into the competition constitutes permission for the Promoter to use a winner's email entry, name and suburb of residence, for promotional purposes including but not limited to uploading onto the TennisWorld newsletter and website without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.



6: DISCONTINUATION AND DISQUALIFICATION OF THE COMPETITION

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time and at its sole discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the competition.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:

(i) tampering with the entry process;

(ii) acting in violation of these terms and conditions.



8: EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

(a) The Promoter takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery or contact details provided by an entrant.

(b) The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes.

(c) The Promoter is not responsible for losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.

(d) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winner.
