What question would you most want to ask the Guerrilla Games team (think carefully as this is how we will be choosing the winners)?

The week before Killzone 2 launches in Australia, two members of Guerrilla team will be at a secret location in Sydney Australia - Steven ter Heide (Senior Producer) and Eric Boltjes (Senior Online Designer). They will have a number of machines set-up with the complete version of Killzone 2 playing in both single player and multiplayer modes. With the help of Sony Australia, 32 members of the gameplayer community will be invited to come along for a two hour game-a-thon!

Not only will you be able to get a fistful of Killzone 2 action a week before almost anyone else in the world, you will be able to meet and chat with the lads from Guerrilla, pick up a bunch of free stuff, see an exclusive behind-the-scenes presentation detailing the mythology of the Killzone universe from the creators themselves and compete in a multiplayer tournament with some very juicy prizes for the winners.

This is the first of what will hopefully be a long run of future gameplayer events, and we will be looking for the most dedicated and excited Sony and Killzone fans to make the most of what we think is quite an awesome opportunity.

There are a few key provisos we must tell you about. Unfortunately we are unable to travel this rather big operation around the country and we are Sydney bound, so if you’re not a local and want to attend you will need to arrange your own travel and (if necessary) accommodation. The event will be held on the 21st of Feb, which is a Saturday, and it will occur in the morning. Sony has requested a strict 16+ age limitation as the game is MA15+ and there are licensing issues that need to be considered (ID will be checked).

At the end of the event, we will then invite you to express your thoughts on Killzone 2 in the site’s (hopefully) operational user-review section that we aim to launch by the 18th of Feb. We will then publish these on the site proper so that all the jealous Killzone 2 fans around the world can get some of the first user feedback on the title.
