IDP WEBSITE SURVEY PRIZE DRAW

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The promoter is IDP Education Pty Ltd ABN 59 117 676 463 of Level 8, 535 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (“IDP”).

To be eligible to be in the IDP Website Survey Prize Draw (“draw”) respondents must complete and submit online through the survey “IDP Website Survey” during the competition period through www.idp.com.

An eligible person is the person who completes the IDP Website Survey on-line and fills out the entry form. An eligible person is only permitted a maximum of one entry in the draw. Multiple responses to the IDP Website Survey by the same eligible person will be deemed a single entry.

IDP reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any eligible person who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

No employee of IDP, IDP’s agencies and companies or their immediate families will be eligible to participate in either the IDP Website Survey or the draw prize.

There will be one (1) draw prize of AU$1000. In the event of the draw prize being won by an eligible person who resides outside Australia, the draw prize will be transferred in the foreign currency of the country which that eligible person resides, at the current official exchange rate for the Australian dollar on that day.

The competition will open on 19 January 2009 and close 5pm EST on 19 February 2009 (“draw close date”).

Entries can be submitted up to 5pm EST 19 February 2009.

The draw will take place at 5pm, on 20 February 2009 at Level 8, 535 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000.

The winner will be notified on 23 February 2009 via email by IDP and their name will be advertised in The Age on the 27 February 2009.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the draw prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

IDP accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the draw prize.

If a winner does not claim the draw prize within three (3) months of the draw close date, their entitlement to the draw prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen in a draw on the 23 May 2009.

Any ruling on matters throughout the competition made by IDP is final and binding.

IDP will hold all personal information of eligible persons as confidential and will only use the information for the sole purpose of running the draw. If respondents do not provide the information, they will not be able to enter the draw. IDP is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and a copy of its privacy policy can be viewed at www.idp.com.

IDP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to respondents or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in the IDP Website Survey. If the draw is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond IDP’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, IDP reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the draw subject to approval from any relevant authority.

IDP will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to the draw.
