As part of their Australian tour with The Who, Counting Crows will play their only side show
concert at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Friday March 27.
Headed by the enigmatic Adam Duritz, the seven-piece San Francisco Bay area band last played in Australia in 2004, but after a few dates the tour was
cancelled due to the death of Duritz’s grandmother.
Counting Crows have always been renowned for their energetic, passionate live performances, where Duritz often rewrites songs or verses live, always
looking for a new spontaneity. They are a must-see live band!
Counting Crows became a global phenomenon after the release of their 1994 debut album ‘August and Everything After’ produced by T-Bone Burnette which
featuring the smash hit single ‘Mr Jones’. The band went on to sell more than 20 million albums worldwide across their career.
This one-off Melbourne show is the chance for Counting Crows fans to experience this wonderful live band again.
