Information on How to Enter and Prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally.
The Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who
are residents of Australia; and
are not employees of the Promoter, Co-Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion; and
are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and
have not won a Prize/Prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $5,000 from the Promoter, or in any promotion run by the Promoter, in the prior 12 months; and
have not been discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.
have not been discovered to have breached Conditions of Entry of previous contests run by the Promoter.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from their parents or legal guardian to submit an entry.
If an Entrant is found to be in breach of these Conditions of Entry they may be ineligible to enter all future promotions run by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry. If an Entrant selected as a Winner is found to be in breach of these Conditions of Entry, a new Winner may be selected and, in the event that the Entrant in breach has been awarded a Prize, the Entrant may be required to return the Prize or reimburse the value of the Prize to the Promoter.
All prices stated are in Australian dollars, represent the Recommended Retail Price and include GST. All references to times and dates are to times and dates in Melbourne, which may be Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST) depending on the date. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock.

The Promotion commences 10 December 2008 at 00:01 and final entries close 28 February 2009 at 23:59 (“Promotion Period”).
All prize draws will take place at Prime Focus 104/55 Beach Street Port Melbourne Victoria 3207. The Major and Minor Prize Draws will occur on 05 March 2009 at 12:00 noon.
Prize Winners will be notified by telephone and mail. Winners details (initial, surname and postcode) of prizes valued at over $250 will be published in The Australian on 01 April 2009.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: If any Prize(s) remains unclaimed or claimed but then forfeited for any reason, the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 17 June 2009 at 12:00 noon, in order to distribute any unclaimed Prize(s) by that date, subject to any written directions under relevant Lottery and Gaming Regulations. In the event of any Winner(s) in the unclaimed Prize Draw, they will be notified by mail and phone and winners of prizes valued at over $250 will have their details (initial, surname and state) published in The Australian on 15 July 2009.

To enter Eligible Entrants must purchase any PUMPED branded Décor product from any participating Big W outlet during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Entrants can enter via the internet or mail:To enter via the Internet (“Web Entry”) Eligible Entrants must visit (“Promotion website”). The Eligible Entrant is required to fully complete the online entry form including entering the last five (5) digits of the barcode printed on the product purchased plus their purchase receipt number. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must make their entries manually using an internet browser. To enter via Mail (“Mail Entry”) The Eligible Entrant must send a fully completed entry form, including the last five (5) digits of the barcode printed on the product purchased plus their purchase receipt number to:

So that it is received by last mail 04 March 2009.

Multiple entries accepted subject to:
each entry must be associated with a separate Qualifying Purchase (as detailed above); and
each Mail Entry must be in a separate stamped addressed envelope; and
a limit of four (4) Web Entries are permitted per household per day; and
a total of 100 Web Entries per household for the Promotion Period.

A message will appear online to confirm Web Entrants have submitted a valid entry. Response times may vary and are subject to network coverage and availability, the number of entries received by the Promoter, and/or other technical problems.
If an Eligible Entrant has submitted a Web Entry with an incorrect barcode, a message will be displayed online highlighting that their barcode is not recognised by the Promoter’s (or its agent’s) database. They will then be asked to check the barcode sent against the product barcode on the product purchased and to resubmit their entry.
There is an automated limit on unrecognised barcodes. An Eligible Entrant may be blocked, at the discretion of the Promoter, from submitting any further barcodes once this limit has been reached.
Errors and omissions accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
Any contact details incorrectly entered on the website may invalidate the relevant entry, in the Promoter’s sole discretion. With regard to the messages appearing on line from the Promoter please be aware response times may vary and are subject to network coverage and availability, the number of entries received by the Promoter, and/or other technical problems.

All entries in the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter, including:
Entrants MUST retain a photocopy of their purchase receipt (evidencing their Qualifying Purchase) for all entries submitted as proof of purchase (“proof of purchase”). Eligible Entrants may be required, within 7 days of being asked to do so, to send their proof of purchase in order to validate their entry(ies). A reply paid address will be provided to Eligible Entrants. The Promoter recommends that, if requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants send their proof of purchase via registered post, however, this is not a Condition of Entry; and
All Eligible Entrants MUST also deliver to the Promoter (by a means determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) copies of any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents available is established, an Eligible Entrant must deliver requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so. At the Promoter's request, an Eligible Entrant MUST also, within 7 days of being asked to do so, allow the Promoter to inspect and copy the original of any such document.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any Entrant/s and declare any or all entries made by an Entrant/s invalid if the Entrant/s:
Tampers with the entry process, including the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly; or
Tampers with the operation of the Promotion or the Promotion website; or
Is found to be using multiple aliases, household addresses or email addresses; or
Acts in a disruptive manner; or
Fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or
Fails to produce items as required or produces items that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
Acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry.
The first valid entry drawn will win a holiday for two (2) adults and two (2) children to the Gold Coast, Queensland for five (5) nights (“Holiday”).
The Holiday comprises of -
return economy airfares for two (2) adults and two (2) children to Coolangatta, Queensland from the Australian State or Territory capital city nearest to the Prize winners’ place of residence (valued at $2,400). If the winner resides within Queensland, flights and airport transfers are not included and the winners will be responsible for making their own way to the accommodation, at their own expense;
five (5) nights accommodation at the Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa (“Hotel”) in a Lagoon/Palm Room (valued at $4,620);
coach transfers from Coolangatta Airport to Hotel and return transfer from the Hotel to the Coolangatta Airport (valued at $256);
a five (5) day family Superpass providing access to SeaWorld, Movieworld and Wet’n’Wild (valued at $596); and
$1,000 spending money (to be awarded in the form of a cheque to be made out to the Major Prize Winner).
Total value of Major Prize is valued at up to $8,872 depending on the Major Prize winner’s permanent place of residence.
In order to be entitled to participate in the Holiday, the Major Prize winner and their nominated travelling companions must comply with these Conditions.
The Holiday (including all components) is valid for 12 months from the date of the draw.
The Holiday is for two (2) adults and two (2) children under 17 years of age at the time of travel.
All aspects of the Holiday are for the two (2) adults and two (2) children traveling together at all times.
Notice of intent to travel must be received at least 45 days prior to propose travel dates. Trip is subject to booking and flight availability. Once booked changes to the traveler details, travel, flights or accommodation arrangements can not be made.
The Holiday cannot be exchanged for other travel, flights or accommodation at other destinations.
All components of the Holiday must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter. Any part of the Holiday that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry all other expenses related to the prize become the responsibility of the winner including, but not limited to:
any transport between a traveler’s residence and the departure airport; or
any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport or destination; or
any other travel or accommodation including travel to and from activities/dinners; or
any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages); or
any insurance (such as travel or health cover) however the Promoter may require the Prize winner and their nominated traveling companion to sign a waiver prior to travel; or
any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by those travelling on the Holiday.

Participation in the Holiday is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by those involved in providing other goods or services included in the Holiday ("Third Party Terms”).
The Major Prize winner must hold a valid credit card to present on check in at accommodation, to cover any incidental charges.
Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
The next 300 valid entries drawn will win a PUMPED value pack (“Pack”). Each Pack contains a PUMPED branded mouse mat and mouse valued at $30 each.
Total value of Minor Prizes is $9,000.
Total Prizes valued at up to $17,872.
Limit of one (1) Minor Prize may be awarded per household (except for SA residents).
The Prizes must be taken as stated. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken cash. There is no color or size choice available for the Minor Prize.
In the event that a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/s or legal guardian.
The prize winners should look to the manufacturer of products and services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Trade Practices Act 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
In the event for any reason a Winner does not take an element of a Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winners and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize.
Minor Prizes will be delivered to the residential address as identified by the Prize Winners.
Where a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the respective regulatory gaming authorities, where required. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a Prize Winner or any other party if any Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable for any reason
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies (“Relevant Party”) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant, Prize winner and/or nominated traveling companion attending the Trip in connection with the Promotion or prizes, including:
any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party;
any liability for personal injury or death.
The Prize Winners(s) must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any promotional material.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by Prize Winners.
A Prize Winner and nominated traveling companions must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign:
an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions of Entry and eligibility to accept a prize; and/or
a liability release in a form to be determined by the Promoter at their discretion.
Parent or guardian of traveling companions under the age of 11 years will be required to sign a liability release on their behalf if requested. A person who does not comply with this condition forfeits their prize and/or right to participate in the prize. GENERAL
Confirmation of printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing payment of a Prize.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Promotion database and NOT time of transmission by the Entrant.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. At the Promoters discretion, any contact details incorrectly entered by an Entrant may invalidate the relevant entry.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded.
The Promoters decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for:
any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise;
any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications;
any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion;
any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All entries become the sole property of the Promoter. The information Entrant’s provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with Entrant’s.
Entrant’s consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter's database and the Promoter may use this information for future Promotion, marketing and publicity purposes regarding its products, including contacting the Entrant via electronic messaging unless an Entrant;
has marked the "opt-out" box on the online entry form (WEB Entrant); or
has marked the "opt-out" box on the Promotion entry form (Mail Entrant).
Entrant’s can request to access, update or correct their personal information the Promoter holds about them or may request that they not receive further Promotional or marketing communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the address below. Should a participant's contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the participant's responsibility to notify the Promoter.
The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

We bought the Hard Plastic lunchboxes, they are quite inexpensive, $3.97 including a drink bottle inside. They're the only ones that last in my son's bag, we bought him a nice looking "smash" branded box last year, it literally smashed the first day he used it, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement...which lasted until recess the first day he used it when the plastic hinge on the box broke, we gave up after than! Funny thing is he's been using lunchboxes for school for 8 years and never had a problem before...only with that brand!
