Terms and Conditions for Celebrity Slim Trinny and Susannah Competition
1. How to enter: Purchase from Priceline a Celebrity Slim Starter Pack (RRP $59.99), or 7
or 10 Day Meal Replacement Shake Pack (RRP $41.99 and RRP $58.99) and retain your
receipt of purchase. Complete the entry form and post together with your receipt of
purchase to Celebrity Slim, Trinny & Susannah Competition, Reply Paid 85837,
Melbourne, 8060 (No postage stamp required) OR enter on-line at
www.celebrityslim.com.au and click on the Trinny & Susannah image and follow the
prompts.
2. To enter on-line you must enter the transaction number and date of purchase located on
your Priceline receipt. The transaction number is the only number on the receipt with a #
as prefix.
3. As a condition of on-line entry, all entrants must keep a copy of the receipt of purchase to
claim prizes.
4. In the event of a redraw, entrants must retain a copy of receipt of purchase until 29th
March, 2009.
5. Major and secondary prize winners will be notified by phone, post,e-mail, and sms.
6. Number of entries per person is unlimited.
7. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
8. The promotion commences on 16th February at 8.00am EST and closes 21st March at
5.30pm EST. Entries received after the closing date will be deemed invalid, as well as
any entries that are incomplete.
9. The promoter and Priceline Pty Ltd (ACN 005 968 310) and its related companies accept
no responsibility for late or lost entries.
10. 8 Major Prize Winners and 200 Secondary Prize winners will be drawn within Australia
11. This competition is a game of chance and winners will be randomly selected via a barrel
draw process.
12. Splash Consulting Group will conduct the draw on behalf of the promoter at 12.30pm on
23rd March, 2009 at Level 40/55 Collins Street, Melbourne witnessed by an independent
scrutineer.
13. Major prize draw will be drawn prior to secondary prize draw ensuring all entrants equal
chance of winning major prize.
14. Major Prize Draw winners receive: Economy class return trip for two to Melbourne from
winners nearest capital cities, VIP meet, greet and style session with Trinny and
Susannah, double pass to Trinny & Susan style show, 2 x show bags, limousine
transfers, overnight accommodation at the Sofitel Melbourne including breakfast,and a
$500 voucher from Priceline. RRP value of each major prize is $2,341.25.
15. The total RRP of all major prize winners is $18,730.
16. Second Prize Draw winners receive: Double pass to attend an exclusive styling session
with Trinny and Susannah held at the Sofitel Hotel Melbourne on the 31st March, 2009.
Each prize winner receives a show bag including the following contents: Trinny & Susan
The Body Shape Bible styling book, Celebrity Slim Cookbook, 4 x Celebrity Slim
products, Celebrity Slim Tape Measure, Biosource Women’ Wellbeing Formula, and a
Celebrity Slim recycled bag. RRP value of each secondary prize is $230.
17. The total RRP value of the secondary prize draw is $46,000.
18. Total prize value of this promotion is $64,730.
19. Secondary prize winners must accept the responsibility of any costs associated with
getting to and from the event.
20. Second prize winners must bring with them at least one proof of winning confirmation
received by the promoter via post/e-mail/sms to gain free entry to the show for
themselves a friend.
21. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the event where insufficient proof of
prize winning is sighted.
22. Major and secondary prize winners will be notified within 2 days of winning by
phone/post/e-mail and/or sms and winners names will be published at
www.celebrityslim.com.au website within 5 days of the draw.
23. Details of the winners will be published in The Australian on Monday 30th March, 2009.
24. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as
are necessary on 25th March, 2009 in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date,
subject however to any written directions given by the various regulatory departments. In
the event of any winner, their name will be published in “The Australian” on 30th March,
2009.
25. The Promoter and Priceline Pty Ltd and its related companies are not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by phone/fax users or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any
technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The
Promoter and Priceline Pty Ltd and its related companies assume no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of
entries or injuries or death caused by or related to this promotion.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
Eligible Entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been
tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms
and Conditions.
27. If for any reason the Promoter determines in good faith and in its sole discretion that this
promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any agent or event beyond the
control of the Promoter, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion or which may change the intended
result or prevent or hinder its determination, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion
cancel the promotion at any time and recommence it on similar terms and conditions
when and as determined by the Promoter, subject to any written directions from the
various lottery departments.
28. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the Promotion or taking any of the
prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of
accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
29. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants’
personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not
provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the
promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter
may use this information, in any media for this promotion and future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other
compensation to the Eligible Entrant, including sending the Eligible Entrant electronic
messages. By entering this promotion, Eligible Entrants’ consent to their personal
information being disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names
will be published should they win a prize. A request to access, update or correct any
information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
30. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant’s name, likeness,
image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording
of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the
purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any
products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and
residency prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at
the discretion of the Promoter.
32. Employees, families and agents of the promoter, Splash Consulting Group and API are
not eligible to take part in this competition.

I think I remember seeing a lottoer post this win in the winners circle recently. ;)
