The t&cs state:
Multiple mail entries are allowed, however each entry must be in a separate envelope and be based on the separate purchase of three Products.
Multiple SMS and internet entries (up to a combined total of 10 per day) will be accepted provided that in each case, each entry is based on the
separate purchase of three Products.
So, one entry per 3 caps.

There will be up to a total of 15 Draws. The number of Draws will be determined by the number of first class matches in which the Australian team
plays. For example in the ODI final series (assuming that the Australian team is playing) where the winning team of the series is determined by the
‘best of 5 matches’, only three matches may be played, if one team wins all three of those matches.
For each Draw, the first 12 valid entries randomly drawn will be arranged in order of draw. That is, the first drawn name will be in position 1, the
second drawn name will be in position 2 and so on to position 12. If one ‘six’ is hit by a member of the Australian team during the match for which a
name is drawn, the person whose name is in position 1 will win $1,000. If 5 ‘sixes’ are hit by members of the Australian team during the match, the
people whose names are in positions 1 to 5 will each win $1,000. Up to a maximum of $12,000 can be won per match (ie 12 ‘sixes’).
If during any match, fewer than 12 sixes are hit by the Australian team, the money that is not awarded will be allocated to a second chance draw prize
(“Second Chance Draw Prize”). In addition, if a match is not played, or Australia is not playing in a match listed in the above table, the $12,000
that is available for that match will also be allocated to the Second Chance Draw Prize.
After the last match in the above table is completed, the amount of money allocated to the Second Chance Draw Prize will be calculated. The Second
Chance Prize draw will be held on 18/02/2009 at 12:00pm noon. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received by the Promoter up until 10:00am
on 18/02/2009 (but excluding any entries that have already won a prize), will win the Second Chance Draw prize. The Second Chance Draw Prize will
comprise any money allocated, in addition to a cricket bat valued at $126.22 RRP.
Total prize pool for Collect to Score prizes and Second Chance Prize: $180,126.22 (inc GST).
Final prize draw: the final prize draw (“Final Prize Draw”) will be conducted at 12:00pm noon on 22/04/2009. All entries received during the
Promotion Period will be entered into the Final Prize Draw.
The first 3 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a final prize (“Final Prize”). The Final Prize is a cricket bat valued at $126.22 RRP.
Total Final Prize pool: $378.66 (inc GST).
The total prize pool for the promotion is $180,504.88 (inc GST).
Final Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The value of the prizes is
accurate as at the commencement of this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date.
If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or
higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant. The Promoter accepts no other liability or
responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
Winners will be notified in writing by mail. Details of winners will be published at www.collecttoscore.com.au within 3 business days of the relevant match/draw. Any winners will also be published in The Australian newspaper:
Collect to Score Prizes (matches 1 – 6): 20/01/2009;
Collect to Score Prizes (matches 7 - 15) & Second Chance Draw: 20/02/2009
Final prizes: 29/04/2009.
The Promoter may also publish names and the State/Territory of residence of Collect to Score winners in a trade publication; during and after coverage
of the match on television and radio; onscreen at the cricket ground; and on other related, relevant websites.
At the Promoter’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the
prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, require entrants to validate any one or all of their entries in the Promotion at any time during the
promotion prior to being eligible to claim a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and residency at
the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Any SMS entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will be charged at 40 cents (including GST).
Participants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Conditions of Entry. The Promoter may, at its
absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:
considers, in its absolute discretion, that there has been excessive use/manipulation by an entrant;
fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;
tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry;
acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or
in the opinion of Promoter, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the
goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but is not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses,
postal addresses or PO Box to register single or multiple purchases.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network
failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or
affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and
territory, where a permit has been issued.
The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss
(including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is
suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to
prizes.
In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 3.5 months of a draw, the relevant prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the
Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws on 29/07/2009 at noon (Sydney time) at same location as the original draws as are necessary
to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority including those given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and
Gaming Regulations, 1993 (SA). Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified in writing. The name and state/territory of residence of any winner of a
prize valued at over $100 in value will be published in The Australian on 5/08/2009. The Promoter may also publish the name and the State/Territory of
residence of the winners on its website or in a trade publication. By entering this Promotion, each entrant requests that his or her full address not
be published.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be
sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to
follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST
inclusive market values.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this
Promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or
communicating with entrants and to State and Territory gaming authorities and winner’s name may be published as required under the relevant
legislation. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal
information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Cadbury Consumer Services on 1800 250 260. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the

I think you need the lids AND the receipts. The way I read it you need to have the promotional caps.
But I see what you mean about the "may be specially marked". It does imply that they don't necessarily have to be.
There is a number on the website to call and an address to write to. I wrote to them to ask if I could use a duplicate receipt as POP. A lady called
me back saying that the duplicate would be fine and she said if I had any questions at all to feel free to call and ask. |
