Can anyone recommend some good quality ear plugs for travelling with a snorer? Thanks. |

Can highly recommend Macks Pillow Soft Silicone earplugs for comfort and effectiveness
Have tried foam and other brand silicone ones, and I find these to be the best.
May not be easy to find in store, I order mine online from

My husband snored until the ENT said he wasn't getting enough oxygen. Operated. Cured but he wouldn't do it again. Too painful and uncomfortable
having packing all through your sinuses.
Prize wins 2014: $37680

previous years about $25000

Instead of me wearing earplugs, hubby wears a special mouthguard.
You can get one from some chemists and online. I think it's called SnoreMD. |
