My father fought on the western front and was awarded the French Legion of honour. It is hard to comprehend how long ago that was. He was born in 1887
and was old when I was born.
Prize wins 2014: $37680
Prize wins 2011: $13000
previous years about $25000
The harder you work the luckier you get

I have just very recently done the battlefield tours in France and Belgium, Hubby s bucket list which I ended up being just as enthralled and moved by
it all,
so much death and destruction In which is now such a beautiful scenic place. So many cemeteries☹️
When the world says give up
HOPE WHISPERS
try it one more time.......

Great prize - thanks for posting CompGaGa!
I've been to the Western Front with my husband and it's very moving. We were trying to locate the resting place of hubby's great-grandfather who died
at Bullecourt in France in April 1917 (like thousands of other Aussie soldiers his remains are in a field with no memorial, though his name is on the
monument at Villers Bretoneux).
The movie looks amazing too. |

Paris, the history, the beauty and elegance it possess with such romance even after all the heartache would be something I would want to experience in
my life. To show my respect by visiting these memorials. |

Sorry Sambaker89 you needed to enter via the link above. Also just some helpful advice it was 25 words or less. So this entry was too long. Good luck
with comping though. |
