In response to the spread of COVID-19 and the importance of protecting the athletes, their families and our communities, the Tokyo 2020 Games have
been postponed until 2021.
In response to this announcement and government advice to avoid international travel, the major prize in our Find the Ticket promotion has changed
from three family trips to the Tokyo Olympics, to three cash equivalent prizes of $60,000. The Silver prizes will remain $1,000, while the Bronze
prizes will remain $500.
Please read terms and conditions, date I have put is the end date to claim Gold tickets, other tickets have different date for claiming by..... please
ensure you check these dates.

12.01am (AEDT) on 27/03/2020 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 26/05/2020.
Claim Periods
Gold Prizes can only be digitally revealed/claimed by Winning Ticket holders during the Competition Period.
Silver Prizes and Bronze Prizes can be digitally revealed/claimed by Winning Ticket holders until 5pm (AEST) on 26/08/2020, being the final claim date
(Final Silver/Bronze Prize Claim Date).
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
the Promoter;
Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd; and
the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Coles stores (excluding Coles Express, but including Coles online) (Stores) in Australia.
For the avoidance of doubt, warehouses servicing Coles online are considered Store/s, for the purpose of this competition.

Qualifying Purchase
A specially marked 180g CADBURY DAIRY MILK block (from the list below) from a Store:
CADBURY DAIRY MILK TOP DECK
CADBURY DAIRY MILK CARAMELLO
CADBURY DAIRY MILK MILK CHOCOLATE
CADBURY DAIRY MILK FRUIT & NUT
CADBURY DAIRY MILK HAZELNUT
A Qualifying Purchase can only be made during the Competition Period, and must include one of the specially marked 180g CADBURY DAIRY MILK blocks
listed above.
Entry instructions
To enter, you must, after making a Qualifying Purchase during the Competition Period and collecting/receiving your itemised purchase receipt, open the
packaging of the Qualifying Purchase product to see if a promotional winning ticket is inside and, if so, this is a Winning Ticket.
If your Qualifying Purchase has a Winning Ticket, you must:
locate the unique code/s on the Winning Ticket; and
visit the Website, enter the unique code and fill out and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, including
uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, an image of the Winning Ticket with the unique code and providing all other requested
information to digitally reveal which prize you have provisionally won (Gold, Silver or Bronze).
Gold Prizes can only be digitally revealed/claimed during the Competition Period (i.e. by 11.59pm (AEST) on 26/05/2020). After that time, only Bronze
and Silver prizes will be available to be digitally revealed/claimed until 5pm (AEST) 26/08/2020 (the Final Silver/Bronze Prize Claim Date).
Winners of Silver and Bronze Prizes (as outlined below) will be required to provide details of a valid Australian bank account in order to claim their
prize. If a winner of a Silver or Bronze prize fails to provide the required bank account details when required to do so by the Promoter, they will
forfeit the relevant prize and no substitute prize will be offered. After the Final Silver/Bronze Prize Claim Date, all Winning Tickets will be void
and cannot be used to claim a prize.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be a Qualifying Purchase) and
the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry). The purchase receipt must match the Promoter's
records of where a Qualifying Purchase containing a Winning Ticket was available at that time. The Winning Ticket must be a genuine Winning Ticket and
must clearly show the unique code as specified on the entry form.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the
requisite photograph capability.
All entries will be verified by the Promoter (Verification).
If your Qualifying Purchase does not have a Winning Ticket, you can enter the second chance draw (subject to the second chance draw entry limits
below) by, during the Competition Period, visiting the Website, locating the second chance draw entry page and filling out and submitting the online
entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and all other requested
information.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be a total of 443 Winning Tickets consisting of 240 Bronze Prizes, 200 Silver Prizes and 3 Gold Prizes.
Gold prizes will be digitally revealed throughout the Competition Period and awarded based on pre-determined times up until 11.59pm (AEST) on
26/05/2020 selected by a computerised random system at Immediate, 191 Ferrars Street, Southbank VIC 3006 (Immediate).
Bronze and Silver Prizes will be digitally revealed based on a randomly selected order up until 5pm (AEST) 26/08/2020 generated by a computerised
system at Immediate.
Winning Tickets will be distributed to randomly selected Stores throughout the Competition Period, selected by a computerised random system at
Immediate.
What can I win?
There will be a total of 443 prizes available – 240 Bronze Prizes, 200 Silver Prizes and 3 Gold Prizes.
Bronze Prize
Each Bronze Prize is $500 awarded as cash via EFT.
Silver Prize
Each Silver Prize is $1,000 awarded as cash via EFT.
Bronze and Silver Prizes will be awarded to winners via EFT to the winner's nominated Australian bank account (being the bank account nominated upon
request of the Promoter) within 28 business days of Verification.
Gold Prize
Each Gold Prize consists of:
a 4 night trip to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics for the winner and 3 companions on or about 22/07/2020 to 28/07/2020 (exact dates to the Promoter's
discretion and will be confirmed prior to the departure date), and
$2,500 spending money for the winner only awarded via EFT to their nominated Australian bank account,
valued at up to $60,000, depending on the winner's point of departure. See "Travel prize" section below for further prize details.
Each person participating in the Gold Prize must have a valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of leaving Australia.
There is a limit of one Gold Prize per person (except for SA residents).
Travel prize
If you win the Gold Prize, your prize will be a 4 night trip for you and 3 companions to Tokyo, Japan on or about 22/07/2020 to 28/07/2020 (exact
dates to the Promoter's discretion and will be confirmed prior to the departure date) which includes the following for each of you and your
companions:
return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from Melbourne to Tokyo and return transfers between Narita International Airport in Tokyo and the
accommodation. If you do not reside in Victoria, return economy airfares from your nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne will be included. For
the avoidance of doubt, you and your companions must make your own way to and from your airport of departure in Australia at your own cost;
4 nights' accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel in Tokyo in a twin share arrangement (as determined by the Promoter);
tickets to 4 events at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (each event will be as determined by the Promoter, the winner will have no choice on which events are
selected); and
breakfast at the hotel in Tokyo.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companions accept these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool
The total prize pool is up to $500,000.
How many times can I enter?
Instant win
You can enter multiple times and receive prizes as outlined in the "What can I win?" section, provided each entry corresponds to a unique Winning
Ticket. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Second chance draw
There is a limit of 5 second chance draw entries per household as determined by residential address. Each entry must correspond to a separate
specially marked 180g CADBURY block purchased in a Qualifying Purchase and be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Gold Prize winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email, all other winners will be notified by email only, within two days of
Verification.
Winners will have their first initial, surname and the suburb and State of the Store they made their purchase at published on the Website within 1
week of Verification for a period of at least 28 days. All winners will published by 27/08/2020.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all claims/second chance draw entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s); and
Winning Ticket/s (if found).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all claims/entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your claims/entries and you will
lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your claim/entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, or if you have benefitted from the sharing of proof of
purchase in any way, all relevant claims/entries will be invalid and all relevant persons will lose any right to a prize.
Second chance draw/s
Gold Prize claim date: Gold Prizes can only be digitally revealed/claimed by Winning Ticket holders during the Competition Period (i.e. by 11.59pm
(AEST) on 26/05/2020).
If a Gold Prize is un-won or not claimed during the Competition Period, a second chance draw will be held at 11am (AEST) on 29/05/2020 at Immediate to
re-award all Gold Prizes. Each Gold Prize will be distributed to the next valid entry that has not already won a Gold Prize until all Gold Prizes are
awarded. Any Gold Prize winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing by email on the date of determination and their first initial, surname and
the suburb and State of the Store they made their purchase at will be published on the Website on 29/05/2020.
The Promoter will draw additional reserve entries in the second chance draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed
invalid or a prize is unclaimed by 5pm (AEST) on 03/06/2020 (Reserve Entrants).
If an entry has been drawn as a Gold Prize winner, it will not be included in the next second chance draw.
Bronze and Silver Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) on 26/08/2020.
If a Bronze or Silver Prize is un-won or not claimed by the Bronze and Silver Prize claim date above, a second chance draw will be held at 11am (AEST)
on 27/08/2020 at Immediate.
Each un-won or unclaimed Bronze and/or Silver prize will be distributed in descending order of value to the next valid second chance draw entry that
(if possible) has not already won an un-won or unclaimed prize randomly drawn until all un-won and unclaimed Bronze and/or Silver prizes are awarded.
Any Bronze or Silver Prize winner/s will be notified in writing by email within two days of determination and have their first initial, surname and
the suburb and State of the Store they made their purchase at published on the Website on 27/08/2020 for a period of 28 days.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the
Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your companion/s consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or
advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your/your companion/s' personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your/your
companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companions' personal information to its
related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companions or storing data. This may
include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United
States of America.

Great comp but what will I do with all the chocolate, I have a huge family who I always share products purchased for comps with. Now as oldies we are
isolated, so have distanced from them all. We have all had our lives turned upside down, please forgive my little whinge. |

Matriarch, this isolation is tough isn't it?. My parents are struggling too, as I am. May I suggest that if you can still get out and want to enter,
maybe create separate bags/boxes for your family, that will be sitting their waiting for a post Coronavirus party. Imagine their delight when you can
give them some yummy chocolate, and extra comping goodies when you are next able to meet. Most likely, like most of us, their budgets will be tight
and this little package will come with a big hug to you!! Take care, and good luck. |

The hardest part is finding the specially marked blocks. None at my store. In fact, very little Cadbury chocolate at all. Seems like it's as popular
as toilet paper in my area. |

I think they'll be of any colour. There's a total of 443 to be found over a period of 2 months. I doubt that the 3 gold ones have been found in the
first week. They probably haven't even been released yet.
