Are you sure it’s just not oversized? Too many MB’s, I would try a re size and see what happens

I can only speak for myself but no, tried re-sizing on the 2nd entry
Third entry re-sized and re-named
And all four entries were different sizes, taken on laptop, iPad and phone (and the house mate again, different file size)
No difference
With so many people getting the same robot nonsense auto reply, I can't see how it's not them rather than us
Especially given the dozen different 'error' in red about forbidden characters/nothing at all entered when there is etc etc. The whole thing is just
riddled with problems
Thank you for the suggestion though, I wish it was something that simple that we could 'fix' especially since the promoter does'nt want to know |

Accepted but first I had to remove all full stops, commas and an apostrophe.

I did resubmit 2 entry, on one received the confirmation fallow by a 3rd email with the voucher,still waiting for one confirmation. |

I want to mention here my experience,I didn’t received one confirmation as I mentioned above on one docket and I tried to resubmit again today and
doesn’t recognised the id number, so I think is weekend nobody checks the resubmitted emails ,so don’t loose hope people. |

My husband and myself had invalid entries on 18 February we resubmitted the receipts but haven't heard anything further even though receipts were
correct. |

I entered last night too and received the blank screen,have sent a email to the promoter earlier this morning and received a message back that the
error was escalated to the manager .
Maybe all the winning have been taken already 😂,hope I’m wrong for ones,I work so hard on the words only to get a blank screen. |
