saying that they had looked into my entry last week and that I was the ONLY PERSON who had had difficulty with the game!!!!! They've got to be

i had the same issue with the first two questions this week and when i realised it had started and my questions werent loading i just quit as i knew
you had to answer all to be eligble to win |

Thrilled to receive a WEM provisional daily $500 winner 5.40pm last night.
For the 4 weeks the Cadbury Favourites Practice Trivia and Final Trivia nights were on I made a 130km round trip to the nearest regional town to sit
in my car in the main street so I could ensure I could get sufficient internet on my IPad to take part in the Trivia sessions. I ranked 319/572 on
Wednesday night but remained ever optimistic I may receive a consolation prize despite my lack of Trivia capabilities
Congratulations to all the daily and consolation winners
The win is sincerely appreciated and am most grateful to CompGaGa for posting |

Great effort and well-deserved win! Unfortunately, Australia's broadband internet speed is slower than India, Kazakhstan or Latvia and is ranked 32
out of the 35 OECD countries.

I'm still hoping they give away 25 x $1k prizes for the final trivia night (as per T&C's), not 5 x $1k, which Grant and Maz were sprouting about. |

Thanks everyone for your well wishes after my win Cadbury contacted me to check
I have a smartphone to send the digital wallet to and I said I don't but asked them to send it to my Lottos buddy who has a smartphone. Cadbury said
they could post it snail mail but it took 5 weeks for a birthday card to arrive from Qld to NSW recently so I said to Cadbury please just send the
digital wallet to the Lottos buddy because I cannot afford another extra 5 week wait for the prize potentially. I explained how dire my circumstances
were and said I am excitedly awaiting the arrival of the digital vault prize. Cadbury replied it would up to 28 days before the prizes were sent. I
was the 40/40 Week 5 lucky last daily winner so if the week 1 winners have not received their cards yet it seems like it will be longer than 28 days
before prizes are dispatched. Fingers crossed they get organised and dispatch prizes sooner!
Thanks Marga384 for the Starlink info. I know several people who have paid $1500-$2500 for rural internet boosters but sometimes they work and more
often than not they don't. Third world countries have better internet than outback Australia. Really difficult for rural people trying to run
businesses and home school children without reliable internet. One family with 5 children aged 14-23 years receives the maximum allowance from the Sky
Muster of 80GB per household for $80 a month (not negotiable for more because the Sky Muster capacity is so limited) which is gone in the first day
when the daughters do zoom for high school for a couple of hours and Mum needs a zoom meeting for work. They have to get up in the middle of the night
when the 80GB is used up and get very slow internet when almost everyone is asleep to access school work and emails.
Due to wealthy Sydneysiders buying up multiple regional places to escape lockdowns, and for investments, there is a critical shortage of affordable
accomodation in regional areas. I have moved 20 times since Christmas 2020. I have been displaced 4 times by Capital City people taking over ownership
of my accomodation in the past year.
When the recent regional lockdown was imminent I resorted to paying $200 a week for a farm cottage severely contaminated by mould (which I have a life
threatening allergy to). It was so bad I stayed in my car the first night at -3.5C and despite 2 hot water bottles and blankets developed chilblains
on my hands and feet because I could not maintain my body temperature despite shivering violently all night.
A kind family enacted an emergency intervention and brought me a flimsy 2.4 sq tent, camp stretcher and oil heater to stay in on the verandah. I have
been dumpster diving at Harvey Norman and lined the inside of the tent with cardboard and white sheeting they put over couches to stop dust and scuffs
which has helped insulate the tent and reduce some of the flapping of the walls. The verandah is totally exposed on a mountain top with wonderful
views but horrendous almost non stop gales buffer the tent making the "feels like" temperature several degrees lower than the forecast. It hailed 12
times in one day last week and one morning was -4.5C
Due to my life threatening allergies to multiple chemicals I cannot be vaccinated and it just adds to the prior discrimination I was already
experiencing being on the Disability Pension getting persistently rejected for places.
My health has plummeted here in the tent and whilst I was walking along the country track to boost my spirits I met the neighbour on the farm opposite
who informed me the previous tenant died in my rental cottage in the middle of summer and was lying on the floor a number of weeks before his worried
daughter drove a long distance to find him deceased. The cottage owner should have organised a death aftermath clean up removing all carpet and
furniture and an intensive biohazard clean but this was not done. All my possessions are severely contaminated now and I am going into Anaphylaxis
when out in public because my immune system is battling to cope. I need to dump all my porous possessions like blankets, pillows, clothes, paperwork
in order to survive. I cannot explain the level of anguish. I am searching for a safe place but so many others are desperately searching also and
offering up to $500-$650 a week rent which I cannot compete with. The cottage owner did not inform me about the death. I have not confronted the owner
but have clearly indicated by sms I am leaving due to stain on the carpet (where the tenant was lying) reeks and is contaminating the entire building.
The owner does not care. Due to lack of maintenance there have been a number of major issues (like sewerage failing for days) so the owner just wants
rent without the responsibility of safe accomodation. I am in such a vulnerable position I have been advised to focus on finding somewhere safe to
bunker before Sydneysiders are let loose into the regions October 25th.
The neighbour has offered me temporary refuge from 6/10/2021 as an emergency respite but is having family come to stay shortly so I will need to
vacate. Am trapped with border closures and cannot return to Queensland where at the moment there are more affordable accomodation options due to the
collapse of the tourist industry.
Am praying for a miracle to win the BP comp caravan or a home or money to buy either. I have entered the Chemist Warehouse Curash comp to win a cubby
hut to live in. Since March 2020 lockdown I have lived in a tent in 3 different sheds for 9 months in total (prior to camping on the verandah here for
the last 8 weeks) with 3.5 months sharing the sheds in the height of the mouse/rat plague which was challenging to say the least. My friends hundreds
of kilometres away interstate cheer me up saying "well that is another chapter for the book" they are requesting I write when I have a safe home. The
book is looking like it will be an epic series of books with the number of adventures/misadventures I have encountered as a homeless person.
Your prayers for a miraculous stable long term safe haven to sleep in each night would be appreciated.

Dear Galah,
Thank you for sharing your story. I was dismayed to read about the challenges you have faced and continue to face.
I am in Melbourne and I know there are a number of charities which help homeless people with food and lodging. I regularly donate to 2 such charities:
Launch Housing and St Mary’s House of Welcome. Last year, the Victorian Government announced it will spend $5.3 billion to build more than 12,000
public housing homes over the next four years which is Australia’s biggest ever investment in public and community housing.
I was wondering whether you have explored one or more of the following options:
• Contact local charities for housing/lodging.
• Contact local community church or other religious institutions for housing/lodging.
• Post advertisements on Flatmates.com.au seeking shared accommodation.
• Post a notice on local community Facebook groups seeking lodging – This suggestion has been inspired by this article https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-06-28/locals-taking-in-stra...
• A friend of mine used to live in the Capsule hotel in Sydney CBD for $25-$35 per night. You get assigned a pod or capsule to stay, it is tiny but it
is reasonably comfortable!
Hopefully things will look up soon! Sending prayers and good wishes your way. Take care and stay safe!
