That seems unfair Sands that they no paid you yet, if you don't get it tomorrow by lunchtime ,I'd be paying them another call if I were you. |

I doubt I will ever get it, highlighted mostly by them never contacting me in the first place about my second chance 'wins'
If I had not have contacted them, they would not have sent the claims codes
Guess they were hoping I would not see the list
Still no money, no email, another message left

I emailed: CustomerRelations@sanitarium.com.au
I wrote, I’m still waiting on my money to be deposited into my bank account.
I had a quick response from Customer Relations requesting I send the date I received the email with claim number and what day I submitted the claim
and the amount I won.
Hmmm, honestly, what’s is going on?? |

No idea
I have emailed them twice (last Friday and again Wednesday) and been ignored both times
I included the date I sent the claims (15th December) and the claim code numbers in my email
I mean seriously , they HAVE and KNOW all this information
It's just stalling in the hopes people will give up |

Oh I won't
I've lost count of the number of emails (to customer service and Sanitarium proper) and phones calls to two different numbers I've done, the last
actual reply to an email I had was 6th January
Everything else has been ignored (emails) and all phone calls, twice it rang and cut out after two rings, twice it rang out (no message machine etc)
and one time left a message with no call back
No response to 'contact us' on Up&Go website nor Facebook message |

No, no email at all
I phoned Friday and left a message and got a call back yesterday to say it had gone in (it had'nt)
That then changed to, they paid it in and would be up to 3-7 business days, but it was there this morning when I checked
Quite remarkable given how many times I was assured in early January it was paid out after I'd claimed in mid December
Maybe try calling again

I am still waiting also, Have sent emails last Friday 21/1, no response, so emailed again last night (I like a paper trail) I will be calling on
Thursday to follow up. This has to be one of the worst run promotions ever. |
